Flow and Grow

 I enjoyed today's yoga practice.
The only issue I'm having is with my weak wrists -- usually it's the left one that's the problem, but currently the right one is giving me grief.  I have to adjust my hand in order to do the movements since I can't lay it flat on the mat.  I can't even write without feeling pain and hearing a grinding sound in my outer wrist.
On my walk today, I came across a guy selling the tiniest little bananas so I bought 1-KD worth (the equivalent of a few dollars).
Always happy at this time of year when flowers are starting to bloom.

Have a lovely day.

I love the itty bitty bananas! My grandkids would be over the moon! I'm so sorry about your wrist. I hope it heals quickly.

So sorry to hear of your painful wrists. From time to time I get autheritus in my left thumb and wrist. Probably the years I spent on a typewriter and computer in 20 years of Property Management. I hope you find a solution.

I love your walks, and what cute little bananas...You could make a "tiny" loaf of banana bread HaHa.

You spread you love and hearts everywhere. This is one of your legacies.

Have a great week.

Oh, yummy to the little banana! Did you find it firmer than the usual long ones? Our short ones are that way here, so I wondered! I love that you leave the hearts! I have to do adjusted Yoga bc I can't support myself with my hands flat on the floor so I sympathize with you--and if it hurts like that-you shouldn't do it!

Dearest Tammy,
Well, our fingers, wrists and anything else is not the same as what it used to be.
Today we both biked some 16.5 km and that felt great. Wearing our down puffer jackets it was bearable even with the sun not coming out today.
Last week Wednesday we also biked some 8 km at the Hyatt Regency Resort in Orlando. Those were bikes with no gears and with tricky coaster breaks...
But you had again a lovely walk and got your Yoga done—however tricky with your wrists!
What perfectly ripe and very cute little bananas you got!
Wish I was still allowed to eat them but my CKD stage IV demands a low protein, low potassium and low phosphorus diet.
Hugs,
Mariette

That is the perfect size banana for someone like me that is diabetic. Just enough to enjoy, but not so much sugar you feel awful afterwards.

Besides ...............who doesn't love cute fruit.

I love all of the bright colors in your post today, especially since it's so grey here this time of year. I don't think I've ever seen banana's that tiny. Do they taste the same as the larger ones?
I hope your wrist heals very soon and that you're pain free.
Blessings,
Betsy

Those are the cutest bananas!

I have noticed that all the cross-stitch I have been doing is aggravating arthritis in my left thumb - it is because of how I hold the work - I need to get back to using the wooden frame that means I don't have to hold the piece ...
