On Track, Sort Of

Yesterday we had a whole lot of rain right through to evening time.
And from early morning today we had very strong winds blowing through.

Didn't walk yesterday and wasn't sure I'd be able to today but thankfully the winds died down by afternoon so I wound up taking two separate walks.
Feeding kitties and picking up litter is always on the agenda when walking my neighborhood.

So far I'm right on track with the daily yoga challenge.

.Have a terrific Tuesday.

I'm sure that little one appreciated his kibbles.

He looks an awful lot like my cat.

Kitties and trash...quite opposites. Both acts of love.

It is cold, rainy, windy and I braved it to go to Women's Bible Study as we have been on Christmas break and I really hated to miss our first time back.

A very good Tuesday in spite of the weather. God is Good, Rain is Good.

Rain is good, right?

Thank you for feeding the kitties and picking up litter. You are making your corner of the world a better place.

Dearest Tammy,
Kudos to you for being on track!
Those kitties must be looking out for you to appear as a magic person that brings love in many forms.
Dramatic sky and wind is always nasty.
Hugs,
Mariette

I did the cardio-drumming again today. It's so fun! And I just finishe walking all of the halls here in the building again tonight. I try to do that twice a day. It gives me around 2000 steps each circuit so that's not bad. The forecast is for rain and rain/snow for the first week I'm in London so I'm not planning on a lot of walking while there. We'll see. I have my umbrella, but I don't want to take the baby out in that.
Thank you for feeding the sweet kitties and pcking up litter. You're so sweet for doing that every day.
Blessings and hugs,
Betsy

Good for you!

For the next two weeks, I am looking after my neighbor's two cats - getting my "cat fix" and loving it. Watch for a future posts with pics!

You are doing great on staying on track. How wonderful that you give treats to the sweet kitties and pick up any trash as you take your daily walks. I am sure it is appreciated.

Congratulations on doing so well with your yoga challenge. I am struggling to get motivated with any exercise other than the occasional walks.

Good for you for keeping up with the yoga challenge. And for always picking up garbage when you walk. Such a great example.
