I have had a hard time posting the past couple of days. Internet Explorer kept giving me a security certificate error so I switched to Google Chrome and all is well.
Fantasy Fudge: Heat to boiling 1-1/2 sticks of butter, 3 cups sugar and 1 small can of evaporated milk. Simmer for 5 minutes. Let stand for 3 minutes. Blend in 1 package of chocolate chips, then mix in one jar of marshmallow creme. Add 1 tsp vanilla and 1 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans. Pour into buttered 13x9 pan. Cool in fridge to set.

Hiya Tammy,
I love fudge, and your's looks delish! I really like that there is so much flavor packed into such small bites!

Hmmm, wonder if Google Chrome would work for me as well. Although I heard someplace that Chrome wants to take over everything on a computer. I'll have to re-look into it.
A friend told me to unclick the "keep me signed in" box when posting and that seems to help.
Anywho...........chocolate does INDEED seem to be required. And ice cream. I had a small cup last night 'just because'.
Hope you are able to relax soon.
Chocolate and tea have to help. My husband makes Fantasy Fudge at Christmas. Except he calls it his "World Famous Fudge". Have a good day Tammy. Diane
Hi Tammy,
Fudge is my favourite, it was my Grandmas' favourite too and she lived until she was 102 years old. So, I think we should eat some regularly and live to a ripe old age.
Have fun, Angela.
Chocolate and coconut!! Are you trying to fatten me up even more. :) YUM!!!
I definately agree, in frustrating times chocolate is required, and in happy times and funny times and sad times... well you know I LOVE chocolate!
I can't eat much chocolate...it gives me a headache....guess that might be a blessing/ha
Last night I made spaghetti for dinner. It just didn't have any flavor to me. I think it was due to my sore throat but later I got out the good ole salty ruffles and devoured them with a reese cup...yep I could taste those two! I like chips and choc. together.....
oh your fudge sounds fabulous!! yummy!! it has been 90 degrees here, and sticky!! been doing the gardening early... very early!!! xox
Hey Tammy! I hope the chocolate did the trick for you. Fudge is so awesome, especially homemade! Have a great week.

I should really finish up cleaning the house now....
You always have the most interesting teas. Love tea. :)
Coconut tea with a piece of fudge sounds absolutely divine! One could almost forget all of their troubles! I am so sorry you are in suffering heat right now. I notice your ball of yarn and imagine you are cooped up indoors trying to stay cool! I hope the tea and fudge transports you :)
Happy tea day! Kimmie
Your fudge sounds WONDERFUL. And here is more wonderfulness... you are my next runner up for my Tea Tuesday giveaway, so send me your snail mail address so I can send you some rabbit cards in the mail!
Mmmm that fudge looks so yummy !! I've had problems with blogger/ google and posting comments, I noticed that Jan who commented above recommended unclicking the 'keep me signed in ' button, yey it has worked, thank you Jan, I can now comment again. xx
Mmmm...fudge...my Mom used to make the best fudge for Christmas and Valentine's Day!
YUMMO ! that fudge sounds so delicious, probably need to do several hours on the treadmill after, but I would worry about that later. Love coconut too so your Chi sounds interesting. Most Chi has too much spice in it for my taste so if the coconut dominated I would be a happy soul....especially if I had a piece of fudge to go with it lol. Happy Tea Tuesday to you. xx
Just popping by to let you know we are as hot as you....high 90s again... but the humidity....is the worst. How's about a glass of Ice Tea.
HI TAMMY,
YOUR FUDGE SOUNDS YUMMY, AND I NEVER HAD COCONUT TEA, I BET THAT TASTE REALLY GOOD. DO YOU PUT MILK IN IT OR DRINK IT PLAIN? I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY BLOG TOO, SO I SWITCHED TO GOOGLE CHROME, KNOCK WOOD, IT IS WORKING REALLY WELL.
HAVE A NICE DAY. RIZZI

I adore fudge and use that same recipe! Now I think I'll have to make me some :-)
I hope the chocolate helped lift your spirits!
Oh, chocolate...this is most definitely a chocolate-needing day for me, sweet friend!
Hope your chocolate helped you today--off to try some myself!
Lots of love sent your way...
Julie
I'm not a fan of fudge (not keen on the texture) but that coconut chai tea sounds amazing! Chocolate and tea are certainly a great combo ~ :)
Chocolate is almost as wonderful as a good friend. MISS YOU, DEAR!!
XOXO
Renee
