Please visit Rhondi at Rose Colored Glasses for Thankful Thursday.

The weekend in Kuwait is Friday and Saturday. I am thankful it is the weekend.

Yesterday I bought all these lovely cotton yarns. Our local craft store sent out an sms that they are having a 50% sale. The cotton yarn is perfect for dishcloths, so that's what I plan to work on this weekend. I am thankful for my yarn stash and all the lovely colors.

These are for an afghan.

Happy Hands Happy Heart! Hope your day is filled with lots of happy things. Peace & blessings, Tammy

Don't ya' just love to pick through a stash??? I am trying to use my odd left-over yarn stash!! So far, so good!
Hope to see your finished goodies....
Super cold here & right now it is snowing gently. If I wasn't so sick of paying a fuel bill to heat I could go Ahhhh... it is so pretty!! ((But I can't!))
Have a Wonderful Day!
Love,
Marilyn

Hi, Tammy! That is some lovely yarn, and I love all the colors. What fun! My sister is the handwork person in our family, and she always makes the most amazing afghans. She would crochet me if I sat down long enough! I have a treasured one she made for me in all white, using an Irish fisherman's stitch. I marvel at her talent and am thankful she shares it with us. I'm thankful you shared this with us, too. Can't wait to see what you do with your pretty yarns.

Happy Thankful Thursday...

XO,

Sheila :-)

Love the colors. I have turned "dishcloths" into little baby blankets and it works quite well. :-) Have fun.

Hi Tammy
I am always happy and content when I am making something with my hands. It looks like you're going to have some fun with the yarn. A bargain is always fun isn't it?
Your cat looks like the cat we used to have.
Hugs, Rhondi

I am thankful for weekends too. Glad you have made it to another one! I have to get through tomorrow, then I am there too.

Your yarn looks fantastic. Nice to know you got it at a good price too. There will be some happy people cooking with new, handmade potholders soon. Good for you. I hope you have a nice relaxing weekend that leaves you lots of time for crafting.

Love ya,
Renee
