Miss Rosie (a/k/a Bad Kitty) has taken to getting me up extra early the past several days.
It's like she thinks that if the sun is up, then we should be, too.
But sunrise is at 5 now and she's been trying her best to get me out of bed at 4:45 a.m. Let's just say she is very, very persistent.
Yesterday I posted this little cross-stitch I did in recognition of International Worker's Day and asked if anyone noticed the mistake -- which really isn't a mistake, just a tiny little something missing that I didn't notice until after posting.
Just one little stitch to complete the top of the "s" in workers.
I read 4 books in April -- 3 non-fiction and one fiction (which was 479 pages long).
I'm currently reading A Genocide Foretold by Chris Hedges which was a free e-book download, but also need to pick out my next physical book.
It's past my bedtime now.
See you tomorrow.

I recognize that behavior. Both Sally and Tarzan have always done everything they can to get me up and out onto the balcony to sunbathe.
Beautiful and very cozy photos of Rosie.
What a cuddlely kitty!!!! But she is getting up way too early!
Aaw Miss Rosie- let Mama sleep. LOL . Miss Rosie is precious. Your little stitch is adorable, Tammy. I have done that before on a stitch. I am glad you caught it and it is an easy fix. I hope you get a full night's sleep.
Miss Rosie looks very comfortable in her home. But poor Mama. Your cross Stitch is very sweet.
Blessings and hugs,
Betsy
Since cats sleep 16-20 of the 24 hours of a day, waking us up early is totally unfair! lol
Here, Moxie is the one who strongly believes we should be up and starting the day at (or slightly before) dawn, and of course this means earlier and earlier in recent weeks. At first I tried the covers-over-my-head approach but resistance was futile, and - here's the funny thing - after a few mornings of grumbling, I decided she's right.
What a sweet kitty :) Mine likes to get up early as well.
