When I decided to post every day this month, I did not promise it would be exciting. :) Just showing up is the goal.
Today's apple puff pastry was so much tastier than yesterday's mug cake. Frozen puff pastry can be used for savory and sweet dishes that always turn out delicious.
Today was overcast with a bit of rain. I spent hours organizing several boxes of scrapbook supplies. Most of the time I feel like I'm just moving stuff around and not really accomplishing a whole lot. Really would be nice if I could just actually find what I'm looking for when I need it. Another goal to strive for.

I get the same feeling when I try to organize things in the house.
I think the pastry is pretty and pretty good tasting! Sometimes it is just fun to dig through a spot and see what inspires your interest! lol
