Yesterday morning, I went for a nice neighborhood walk.
I felt a headache coming on once I got home and should have taken medicine right away, but didn't.
Big mistake!
It turned into a migraine that put me in bed around 4:00 p.m. and a few hours later I threw up.
I was up a lot during the night to drink a sip of water and go to the bathroom.
Woke up at 5:15 a.m. today.
Thankfully, the headache is gone, but I'm still dealing with a cough and nose blowing from the cold.
Quite aggravating.
Good news is that there's been no eye pulsation for several days now (see previous post if you don't know what I'm talking about).
Came across this quote and thought it appropriate for the turning of the calendar and the current state of politics worldwide.
“Here cometh April again, and as far as I can see the world hath more fools in it than ever.”

I'm sorry about the migrane and cold. Both are just miserable. But great, but guarded news about the eye! I hope the pulsations have disappeared.
So very sorry for your migrain and sickness. What a way to begin a new month. Glad you are feelng better now. The photo's are lovely.
Tammy - sorry to hear you are sick. I had a cold recently, and it made me quite annoyed - I had a long list of things I wanted to do, but no energy! Grrr. And the funny thing is - my husband had been suffering for more than a week with a hacking cough, so we had abstained from kissing each other. One day he said he though he was over it, and we kissed. Within 24 hours I was so congested I could barely breathe! Last time I trust him on that front!
So sorry you are going through such a rough time!
Sad to hear. Being ill is not fun at all.
I had migraines as a child and had to lie completely still in my darkened room... Now I sound like a mother but make sure you eat and drink properly. :)
I had similar problems to you with my heart and eyes before I was diagnosed with diabetes almost 10 years ago.
At least it's good that you felt less pain in your eyes. Soon enough you will be on the road to total recovery.
Best wishes and blessings!
