My craft group meets every other Saturday at a different cafe. This morning we met at Boulevard where there's a mall, restaurants/cafes and a nice walking path, so I got in my first walk of the day before my crafty meet-up.
Today is my husband's birthday -- 66, which is the year I was born -- (I still have another year before I step into the next decade). Picked up some Japanese food for lunch and even some cake but we decided to keep that until tomorrow since we were rather full.
Getting my steps in -- two more walks for the day -- picking up litter and feeding kitties.
And for the record, balloons blow! Have been finding lots of them floating around lately. Ugh!
Have a nice Saturday.

Happy Birthday to your husband. My Hubby's birthday is the 9th and will be 69. I'll be 69 on February 1. Happy Medicare! Ha!
I always enjoy your posts about your craft group and seeing all of the beautiful things they're making. There is a LOT of talent in that group of ladies.
Thank you for being so diligent about picking up the trash and feeding the kitties. I can't believe how much trash is laying about there. How sad that people don't take better care of their surroundings.
Happy Saturday!
Blessings and love,
Betsy
Love your crafty meet ups. Everyone has such lovely projects. I enjoy seeing all the smiling faces. Crafts do that, they leave smiles and friendships everywhere they go. Happy New Year friend. Blessings always.
Hi Tammy. How fun to have a craft group and special friends with the same interests. I guess my "craft group" is my Tuesday Morning Bible Study. There are about 50 ladies, but we break up into small groups of 10-12. I truly enjoy the studies and the fellowship. We have small group luncheons and have "Bible Buddies" that we can share with on a personal level! Love how you walk and pick up trash and feed the cats. Have a great weekend.
Your craft group looks like a lot of fun.
Happy Sunday, Tammy. How fun to have a group of lovely ladies to gather and craft with. I was thinking of you as I took a walk today- thinking of the sweet surprises you run across as you stroll . I found a few heart rocks. And you found some colorful happy balloons. That makes me smile. Have a great day.
Oops! That was a typo. I'm making myself older than I am. Thanks for seeing it and correcting me. I'll be 65 on February 1. My Hubby will be 69 on Jan. 9.
The 65 is why I'm happy about Medicare after having policies on the Marketplace since he retired three years ago. My plan was awful and paid virtually nothing and we had to pay a fortune. You can't be turned down for pre-existing conditions, but apparently they can charge whatever they want. Since I have that pesky pacemaker, I was doomed. :-)
Blessings,
Betsy
Fun to celebrate your husband's birthday! Looks like your ladies gathering went great!
