Hello Friends!

Oops!  It's been awhile.

Obviously much has happened in the past 6-1/2 weeks.
A couple of trips have been taken.

Jerusalem
And Dubai.
Spring has been in full swing with an explosion of colorful flowers and painted ladies taking over the skies.
I read that California had a mass migration of painted ladies this year, too, because of all the rain and that's exactly what happened here.
April started off very dusty.
But thankfully cleared up and was nice for a walk this morning with hubby who has a day off from work.
Just wanted to stop in for a quick hello.
Will spend some time this evening doing some blog hopping.

Hope you are all well.
Best wishes,

Tammy,
Hello Tammy! It was wonderful to see you comment on my blog post this morning. I called the new neurologist’s office and they’re not even making consultation appointments until August! To say I’m frustrated would be an understatement
Your photos are gorgeous. We don’t have very many spring flowers yet, but I am hoping in a few weeks things will explode with color here. I love seeing the photos of your travels. I miss traveling myself. Got to get this back taken care of! Ha!
Blessings always, Betsy

Hi Tammy,
Nice to see your update. I don't check in as often and with retirement so close now, I am taking steps away from all social media. I'm not sure when I'll post or be on Instagram again. I lost my addiction with FB a few months ago and my goal is to be away from the computer at least for a while in the first busy months of retirement as I help Sarah plan for her July wedding. :)

Best wishes,
Linda

Good to see a post from you today, Tammy.
So nice that you have been travelling and enjoying beautiful sights. The one butterfly or moth with the orange and black spots caught my attention. It looks already for Halloween.

WOW … stunning pictures and love to hear your travel stories!!! I wish I were more adventurous and just take off to parts unknown and enjoy it; so live through your adventures!
We are enjoying a beautiful spring here too...every living thing is in bloom and absolutely gorgeous!!! So happy to hear about the Painted Ladies. I haven't seen them here yet. BTW...the tree of life pendants are gorgeous!

I've been wondering where you were, Tammy! Hope you had a good time on your travels to Jerusalem and Dubai. You mentioned on my post that you were about to flip your mattress (regarding your husband's back pain)...we do that on a regular basis. Well, ours can't be flipped, but only turned around. And it's a newer "upscale" mattress, too. We're seriously thinking about looking into a Sleep Number bed in the near future.

Dearest Tammy,
Oh, six-and-a-half-week seems like nothing... scary how fast time is flying!
You have made some very interesting trips and the abundance of colorful and exotic looking butterflies in your photos here bring joy!
We still have cool nights and often windy and rather cool days as well.
But we enjoy being outdoors, dressed just a little warmer.
Hugs,
Mariette

Glad to see you come by and share where you have been recently. It's always good to take some trips and it looks as if you had a nice time. The butterflies are gorgeous especially that one with the semi closed wings and orange and brown markings on a light background.

It looks like you're been adventuring a lot.. and oh my so many pretty flowers and butterflies you captured! I'm glad your dust cleared up for you and your guy to get out and enjoy your fair weather. It's pouring here in our part of the world. I hope the sun comes back! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

Quite the traveler....loved seeing your adventures. What splashes of Spring. And all those lovely butterflies. Nice.

Yes, it has been a while, Tammy, but well worth the wait. Your photos of Jerusalem are fascinating - so old - and then juxtaposed against the ultra-modern architecture of Dubai. What an amazing part of the world.

Ugh! Dust storms. So unpleasant. We had a massive one in South Australia this week. It has been so dry and we are all desperate for some soaking rains. I worry for the farmers who lost so much topsoil in one day.

Nice to see you posting in the blogosphere again. xx

Nice to see your post. Sometimes I think more about blogging than actually getting a post completed. Your flower photos are beautiful! The cherry trees are in bloom in our area. It’s fun that our local news has cherry blossom forecasts and announce peak bloom. Hope you have some nice walks this week.

Hi Tammy, you have been missed. Love all the beautiful photos. I have one little boy here who is obsessed with elevators. I can only imagine how fun it would be for him to go on the elevators in those tall buildings. Hope you are well. Sending you a hug.
