Five on Friday

Five happy things.
Spring Break has officially arrived.  So happy to have the next 10 days off.
After weeks of not getting out to walk, I was able to wander around the neighborhood for about an hour this morning.
Flowers are blooming.
And bees are buzzing.
We are still having very spring-like weather so I plan to take full advantage of it over the break.
Linking to Amy's Five on Friday.

It's nice you have Spring Break when it is actually spring weather, here we had it in mid March and winter wasn't even over. But the snow is slowly melting away. I'm visiting from 5 on Friday.

Tammy, I love seeing the world around you you just shared :-) so pretty! Guess what! I just discovered that a nursery just a few miles away from here sells Palm Trees. Palm Trees in Portland, Oregon! When I mentioned my amazement to my daughter she tolerantly reminded me her friend's parents have a Palm tree in their yard not that far from here. [In my defense it is not tall and wavy.] xx

Oh, I hope you have beautiful, sunny days... no wind or sand. Maybe sprinkles of rain to leave everything fresh and smelling so good... Fun lunches with friends, lots of projects to begin... a renewal of spirit. Enjoy, dear friend! blessings ~ tanna

Dearest Tammy,
10 days off sounds GREAT! Your spring-weather looks very fine, and there are bees, that's wonderful. This spring I haven't yet seen a lonely bee in Austria. (But I've seen wolves. Well, I know that's not the same ;o))
Thank you so much for your happy-birthday-wishes to Jana and lots of hugs and greetings to you and your family (including Jingles!)
Happy Spring Break,
XOX Traude

Dearest Tammy,
So happy for you and let's hope the weather will permit you to walk a lot during your spring break!
We just returned from 6 lovely days in Arizona but it is always hard to return home and catch up on so many things.
Here it was rather cool today and even with some frost predicted for early morning hours. Sure hope that will not damage our pot plants that are already out on the patio... Nature can behave strange!
Hugs and blessings,
Mariette
