Morning Walk

I dressed and went for a walk - determined not to return until I took in what Nature had to offer.
Raymond Carver, This Morning

Sam and I headed our for a walk yesterday morning.
We had our first little drizzly rain of the season as we headed back home.
And there was more rain this morning.
A nice change from our normal weather.

I hope all is well in your corner of the world!

A very pretty walk, Tammy. The palm trees and bougainvillea remind me of California. :)
Have a happy one!

Hi, Tammy! You had a nice walk, and have I told already that vegetation in Kuwait is just same as here in India?!:) We also have here those pink blossoming bushes!i like the monsoon season here and the cloudy sky just like in your pics!

Hi Tammy....We are awaiting the arrival of a hurricane. It's supposed to be quite bad as they are terming it Frankenstorm.

I do hope it turns out to be more hype than horror.

Good for you and Sam going out to walk! Susan

Dearest Tammy,

Love the photo from your feet, ready for a walk. Lovely photos and isn't it amazing how those bougainvillea always reward us with blooms, no matter what? Palm trees are tough too. Glad you got some rain, that is much needed for the country. Jingles is observing every detail of her outside world.
Mom & Dad told us just over the phone that in the south of The Netherlands they had -7°C last night. Turning the clock back and a steep frost. That killed all their 'last' flowers... Hope we steer clear from frost for a couple of weeks.
Hugs to you,
Mariette

You're a good example for us! I will do some walking today, too. We have typical fall weather right now, but walking is a chance to enjoy the fall leaves.
((hugs)), Teresa :-)

Hi Tammy,

Taking a walk is something I, like a lot of people, take for granted! As I write this, I pray for everyone back home in Canada and blogger friends in the US re: Sandy! May they be safe. Today, even here on Crete, we had south winds coming from your neck of the woods, at 65 km/h! We couldn't even stand, never mind, walk! So, be glad that you took your lovely walk when you did and hope you'll enjoy many more. Kuwait reminds me of Crete, with its bougainvillea and palm trees. Glad you got some rain, too.

Have a great week.
