The Storm That Wasn't

Everyone was in a tizzy this morning about a dust and rain storm on the way.  There was definitely more dust than rain.

The good news is that it came and went fairly quickly.  This afternoon I walked around the block to take flower photos ...

and blue skies were back.

Wishing you all a great new week.

Looks so pretty & clear your way!!
We are back to more traditional temps with tonight in the teens & low twenties. So much will get frozen but there isn't much a body can do!! That is the fickleness of Mother Nature...
Have a Great Day!!

I'm so glad your blue skies are back again, Tammy! When it is gray, I feel like a little limp flower - and when the sunshine and blue skies return, I perk right up. :)
Wishing you & yours a wonderful week!
Hugs,
Zuzu

When you say you have dust, you really mean it! We have it, too, and it gets into everything. I can't seem to win with the housecleaning. How do you manage?

I plan to take a walk when I return home after work and see what is blooming in my yard and neighborhood. Your blue skies look so wonderful, when I left the house this morning our skies were gray and dropping rain. Thanks for sharing the lovely flowers.

I remember sand storms like that in the desert of southern California. It was a wall of sand coming towards us and it sandblasted the cars etc. It was crazy! We had dust storms in the panhandle of Texas too. Then snow storms in the winter. Here is is much calmer.... unless we get a hurricane. LOL Glad to see you have blue skies above again.

it came and it went I guess ... that seems like typical spring .... don't blink or you'll miss it .... or as my husband likes to say, "if you don't like the weather, just wait a minute"

pretty flower photos too! and beautiful blue skies!

I like the atmosphere in those wetherphotos of yours. :)
Lovely flowers! Soon the flowers will bloom here as well. Weather has been so sunny and warm but today they said it will start snowing again. :( I feel we had enough of it now.
Take care and blessing!
