Greetings!
Marhaba is an Arabic greeting that means hello or welcome.
This mat was at the entrance to the restaurant where we had lunch.
Afterwards, we headed over to a small quilt exhibition entitled "A Stitch in Every Story".
I love mini art quilts.
The following photos explain the purpose of the exhibition.
The 25th is National Day and the 26th Liberation Day (also my birthday) -- so there's lots of cultural activities taking place this month.
Hope your Friday is a good one.

I really enjoyed seeing your reflection in the door! You are certainly in good shape...The quilts are so interesting and thanks for the tour. Looks like you were having a sunny and fun day. Raining here! The Kitty was back on the balcony!!
I loved seeing all of the quilts and reading about them too. Thanks for taking us along with you. I love learning about new places and wish I could travel more. It's difficult with having Mom to care for and flying isn't even as fun with the seats so squished together. My legs are too long for comfort and we can't afford business class! :-) So, traveling in the blogs of my friends is a good way to experience new places and realize that really, people are the same everywhere.
Blessings,
Betsy
