Worse than yesterday.
Everything is covered in a layer of red sand that is so fine it is like powder.
I was afraid I wouldn't be able to see the moon through the haze but it is shining bright in the night sky. Looks pretty full to me though the Full Strawberry Moon isn't due until tomorrow.
For those of you in western North America, I read that there will be a "skimpy" partial lunar eclipse visible before dawn tomorrow morning.
Hope all is well in your corner of the world.

Hi Tammy! The weather there seems bad! Can you walk outside while it's like that? Unlike you, it was a synny and warm day for Athens today.
Your photo of the moon looks stunning!!! I suppose that the dust fainted by the night..
Hope you're having a great time,
Angeliki
Wow, the dust storm sounds unpleasant, and now I know what country you are in, reading what the dusty window says.
I hope you guys have face masks for when you have to go out. Or maybe just stay in - I think that would be better. Have a good day. :)
that is crazy. I can't imagine that....hope you stay inside!
Worse today means a cozy day inside with your cozy chair and a crochet hook. Here is hoping the dust settles soon.

It looks like fog which would be better probably. Can people see to drive in it? Does it cause accidents like fog does here?
There goes your weekend but you'll be out of school soon right? Is your husband a teacher too? I always thought that would be great then you both would have the summer to travel and do whatever you wanted.
Hope your dust ends soon.
The moon was gorgeous here last night too and very bright. I love the moon and always have since I was little. Your pictures of it are always beautiful. Stay safe and dust-free if you can!
Oh Tammy....that weather looks like the Haboob we had in Phoenix last year.....not fun.
Jo
Tammy, Hope the dust storm ends soon. Your photo of the moon is stunning! So glad you stopped by for a visit. Looking forward to reading more about your adventures on the other side of the world. :-)

Ohhhh Tammy.....I hate that you have all this dust. I am sure it's just all over everything. It sounds just like my house!! I can dust in morning and by nighttime I can write a note on my furniture. That's what we get for living in this old Victorian! Tee hee!
Have a wonderful week!
Love,
LuLu~*xoxo
Yuck...you poor thing. Wishes for it to settle down soon.
Dearest Tammy,
Like Murphy's law, on your off day, Friday, it was okay but on the workdays when you have to beat the elements you are facing this. So sorry for you all and for animals, birds, trees, plants...
A hug for you and sending you love for the remainder of your week.
Mariette
Hi Tammy...I sure hope that fine dust stuff passes SOON. I would not like that at ALL. Take care and keep up the positive thoughts. Hope your week this week is good. Susan
Hi Tammy!
Yikes! Looks like everything is being sandblasted. Hope you were able to stay inside. Best wishes for a bright clear sunny week ahead.
hugs,
Tammy
OH, what depressing weather for you to deal with. :( Great moon pic tho. :)
So sorry!! Hope it clears up soon!! xo Heather
Hi Tammy
Thanks for the comment on the roses, I popped out in my pj's to get the pictures first thing in the morning.
The white one is the rose we bought to remember our old Fred, aptly named 'Remember' We also bought one for old Kitty and hers is yet to bloom, her is called 'Simply the Best'.
So soppy but we love our cats like kids. lol
I don't know how you cope with all that dust, it looks awful, it must get in just about everywhere.
Poor old Jingle's must be so frustrated....
Hugs

WOW!!!!! YOU WON'T HEAR ME COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW HUMID ITS HERE IN NEW JERSEY....THAT MUST BE TERRIBLE THAT YOU HAVE ALL THAT SAND.
HOPE IT CLEARS UP SOON AND YOUR SUMMER IS CLEAR AND ENJOYABLE...HAVE A GREAT WEEK.....RIZZI
I just don't know how you live with that. You're amazing!
Hope things clear up and that you have a great new week,
Linda
Hope your weather clears up soon. Beautiful photo of the moon. Take care. Heather
I just cannot imagine living in all that dust. Is there a health risk that is acknowledged? In Bakersfield CA there is "Valley Fever" due to the horrible air quality. Writing in the sand with the name and date is a perfect reminder for future memories. Stay safe and only breathe clean fresh air my dear.
ive always wanted to visit exotic places....travel through the dessert...in the movies it just looks magical and so full of mystery...but this dust...its nice to hear that you can stay inside...cool and safe!!
Oh Tammy...I guess you are really waiting for all the dust to settle, literally!
