Spent a lovely few hours today sitting outside crafting and chatting with a few very talented friends I met through my craft group.
Rene and Zhraa can crochet just about anything they set their mind to.
And Aruna is a wonderful artist.
She decided to sketch Dexter who is a sweet little kitten rescued by Rene.
He's just the cutest thing and she really captured his personality.
I crocheted a few little hearts to leave behind.
And did a little doodling.
Hope you're having a wonderful Wednesday!

That is a wonderful way to spend a few hours. Your friend is a very talented artist and I just love that you leave hearts wherever you go. You spread love and sunshine and you never know who’s day you may brighten with one of your hearts. Blessings always, Betsy
Love that you left those hearts behind :)
Dearest Tammy,
Sweet post and what a lovely kitty drawing that is; very talented.
Your hearts no doubt bring lots of joy for so many.
As for my video, I've managed to download it and upload it to Blogger so you can see it now.
For December, music is bringing me lots of joy.
Singing in our Choir for nursing homes before Christmas and in the annual Christmas Revue.
Also I've joined a Sing Along Chorus for Händel's Messiah that we perform in the local Theatre.
Not easy but I love it so much and Pieter will enjoy this performance.
Mom will no doubt be smiling down from heaven to hear her 1st soprano daughter following in her footsteps...
Hugs,
Mariette
Dear Tammy.. you're such a bright spirit! I always love seeing the works of your fellow crafters and artists. What a lovely drawing of the kitty! And your artwork with the inspirational words is equally artistic. I hope you have a wonderful week. Now I wonder what kind of little houses that you'd collected and no longer have. An idea, if your husband misses them, a little house or two as a gift for him! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

Lovely talented people; all of you. :)
Another grey day here for my Thursday but luckily the weekend is right around the corner now.
Happy end of the week!
Linda
Dear Tammy,
Being with other creative people certainly does inspire one's own creativity. What a wonderful way to spend a few hours, creating together. I'm sure there was lots of great conversation and laughter, too. Your sketch page is great!
How wonderful that you make time to surround yourself with other creative women! Great way to relax, let go of some stress, and spend time with friends.
You've always inspired me, since the first day we 'met' through our blogs. Thanks for being the lovely, generous, creative person you are.
What a lovely way to spend a day outside and with friends! Dexter looks like 'the boss'! LOL! A real cutie too!
You are inspiring me through this wonderful post. Thank you for sharing your talents and the talents of some of those around you. I unleashed the primitive six-year-old artist in me the other day and created 8 cards to give to the members of one of the small groups I am in...to try to gift them, but participating in the creative process was a gift to me! A funny mix of selfish unselfishness :)
