Breaking the Silence

Last Monday, in the early morning hours, we arrived in Colombo, Sri Lanka .
Over a week's time, we went from Colombo ...
to Kandalama ...
and Bentota.
Just got back home at 8 o'clock this morning,
with a mountain of laundry to tackle.
I look forward to catching up with all of you very soon.
Best wishes and blessings,

You are my personal world traveler ... i see more of this planet through your eyes, than I do with my own! Maybe I should step out of the studio more often....hehee.....

Thanks for your comments, Tammy. Always a pleasure to hear from you.

Dearest Tammy,

Welcome back home! Isn't that the truth that for each relaxing trip we pay our toll by doing laundry afterwards? So much to put up and organize but it's still worth it. Sounds like you again had a wonderful time.
Love,
Mariette

Hi, Tammy,
You certainly visited some beautiful places, my friend! That pristine beach is stunning!! You are very fortunate to have seen so many wonderful places in our world. What great experiences for your sons, too. The worst part of returning from vacation is always the unpacking and laundry, I think. Enjoy your week~Sending love and hugs to you~!Vicki

p.s. on Monday

Hi Tammy. Thanks for your visit and comment on Writing Straight from the Heart.

The museum has many different exhibits. There's only one room dedicated to dioramas, not the whole museum. Thought I'd clear that up.

Hope you are re-acclimating to home, once again, after your vacation. Susan
