Thankful Thursday

As each day comes to us refreshed and anew, so does my gratitude renew itself daily. The breaking of the sun over the horizon is my grateful heart dawning upon a blessed world. ~Adabella Radici

Ralph Waldo Emerson: I awoke this morning with devout thanksgiving for my friends, the old and the new.
(Last nite at Hard Rock to celebrate Zainab's birthday.)

"I believe that friends are quiet angels who sit on our shoulders and lift our wings when we forget how to fly." (Author unknown)

Seeing that picture made me miss you guys SO much!! I looks like you had a wonderful time, and had a good time catching up with each other. Good for you. There is certainly something to be said for good times spent with good friends!!
The sunrise is beautiful, but it would look a lot better taken from my mom's porch in Honeoye. Wish we were there!!

Hard Rock in Kawait...who knew? Looks like you guys had a blast. There is nothing like good friends. Yes, when peppers start to get big and taller, they need support. My peppers are in the sun and later in the day they get partial sun. My in laws are in sun all day long, but I think it depends...so try partial sun if you think it's to much heat. When you water, try not to get water on the leaf part. Good luck!

Let's see Hard Rock Cafe and Kawait. That does not compute. It is amazing who we can share the simple things, even across the world. Thanks for the birthday wishes. Blessings to you. Martha

I love this post!.... the way you had a quote to match each picture, and of course the theme of being thankful is something I never tire of reading about-

Thanks for visiting me by the way, and I hope you do get a chance to read Three Cups of Tea sometime, it was very thought provoking for me.

Gosh, with sunrises like that, you wouldn't think you were in Kuwait. I still prefer my NY sunrises and need to get one from Honeoye too. Maybe that could be a theme of mine when I travel. Sunrises around the world....Mmmmmm.
