Giving and Receiving
Yesterday I went to visit my friend Maria who is visiting from Lebanon (the picture is from her birthday when she was here in March) -- I took her turquoise gifts as that's her favorite color (I made the scarf and cross-stitching of course). And what a surprise to get a bunch of lovely gifts from her, too. I needed the kitchen set and promptly put it to use yesterday. Thanks Maria!

What a wonderful thing when you know your friends so well you know exactly what to do for them when a special occasion comes. The turquoise theme is awesome, and I have little doubt that she loved it all. Looks like she took good care of you too. Got to love friends!!
