Since the dust storm that rolled in on Saturday and departed on Sunday, we've actually had pretty nice weather. A few clouds yesterday and supposedly a chance of rain by Saturday. Hard to tell what is gonna happen this time of year.
I found these pretty printed napkins tucked away in a cupboard so crocheted a dishcloth to go along with them.
And since today is Mother's Day in the Middle East, I had a chance to give out some of my upcycled jars filled with milk chocolate, dark chocolate and almond Kisses.
Lentil soup and baked sambousa for dinner. Quick and easy.
Hope you are having a great day!

Happy mother's day. What did the boys do for you? Your soup looks yummo. Always thinking of you.

Happy Mother's Day, Tammy! Love the pretty dish cloths to match the napkins and the upcycled containers are great. I have been wanting to do something similar. The red is so beautiful!
The napkins and dishcloths will make a nice hostess gift. Your soup sounds good. I made a big pot of taco soup on Monday and am having a bowl for lunch today. Enjoy your week. :-)
Nice pictures and I can see a cat on the first one *smile*. I hope you don't get more sand storms.

The weather is always a surprise, this time of year.
Your soup looks good, wish I had some to sooth my scratchy (allergy) throat!
Love the cloths and covered jars, very sweet indeed. And so very nice of you. Lentil soup ... is that your lentil and barley soup. That has become a regular in our household and one of my most favorites. Have a wonderful day.
Happy (belated) Mother's Day, Tammy! Love the upcycled jar idea, and the sweet treats sound delicious. The soup looks yummy too.
Wishing you a happy rest of the week!

Your crochet jar covers are lovely what a great idea for gifts.

Gorgeous pillow in the background. Love it! :)
Happy Mother's Day to you! Who knew...I thought it was an American holiday. Your crocheted dishcloths and jar covers are so pretty and to fill them with chocolate and give as gifts...how thoughtful!
Your home looks so welcoming and your dinner looks yummy! I don't know where you find the time to do it all. Lots of people here grow potatoes in big pots or even garbage cans and sweet potatoes too. I thought I might try it this year as the soil here is so rocky it's hard to dig in it. Have a great weekend.
