Thankful Thursday

Today I am joining Rhondi at Rose Colored Glasses for Thankful Thursday!

I am always thankful for the morning coffee that gets me on my way!

This morning when I got to work, I found this sweet card on my desk.

I am so thankful for such a wonderful boss! He is so easy to work for and is always grateful for everything I do.

What a great start to my day! I am also thankful for sweet blogging friends who come my way to leave such kind and positive comments. Truly uplifting! Sweet Dee Dee in Texas passed this little award my way yesterday.

She is such a crafty, creative and beautiful soul. Right now she is creating for Craft Hope for Haiti! Please go visit her and say hello!

When it comes to night time, I'm thankful for my bed.

I'm thankful for the pillow on which I lay my head.

The prayer on my lips as I drift off to sleep is always Thank you God, Thank you God!
Please visit Rhondi to see the the other thankful participants.

Gratitude is the fairest blossom which springs from the soul. ~Henry Ward Beecher

Blessings, Tammy

What a nice post & your boss is so sweet!!
I think too of those who are not fortunate to have a warm, dry bed at night...soft pillows & a roof over head. I say Thank You God!!
All we can do is give what we can & try to allieviate as much suffering as possible....

HiTammy
You are lucky to have a boss who appreciates you and tells you he does. It must make work a pleasure to have someone like that for a boss. I'm glad you joined in with Thankful Thursday today.
Hugs, Rhondi

Seems we are grateful for the same things, coffee in the morning and our bed at night! Your boss sounds like a wonderful person and so kind to show his appreciation of you. Have a wonderful day! Twyla

What a lovely card from your boss. It isn't often that good people are recognized in the workplace. How wonderful☺

It is so easy, especially now with the Haitian crisis, to be thankful. My home is warm. My sons and their families are safe. I have good food to eat. I have a soft place to rest my head. I have so, so much to be thankful for...

What a blessing to have a boss like that; I'd venture to say that not many do. You are indeed the sweetest, most thoughtful person. :)

Hope you have a wonderful weekend.

Hi Tammy,
I love the idea of Thankful Thursday. I think I just might join in next week (right now I have a headache so I'm only thankful for Advil!). That was so nice of your boss to leave that note. It reminds me I must do more like that for the people who work for me in my department too because I really am grateful for them. It really makes a difference when you like the people you work with each day. Happy Friday to you!

Hello Tammy! I'm thankful for that cup of coffee too! Just finished one and am off for another!lol I love your bedding - so different from what's here in the states!!! Very fun! I was just admiring your cross-stitch sampler! Your friend did a beautiful job - I'm looking for a pattern to start one for my family room; another project that won't get finished probably! We all have those I know! I was glad you stopped by so I have your blog address to put back on my list! Have a fantastic weekend - Sincerely, Jeannette

I'm not surprised to see that your boss thinks "YOUR SOME KIND OF WONDERFUL" because you are all "HEART AND SOUL". It's always nice and heart warming to get a little recognition from someone who thinks your "BEAUTIFUL". "THAT'S WHAT FRIENDS ARE FOR". I am thankful for your friendship and "CANT SMILE WITHOUT YOU"! So "DON'T WORRY, BE HAPPY", cuz "YOU HAVE A FRIEND IN ME"

I love your thankful day today. What wonderful, simple things that make you happy. For me right now, the sunshine outside puts a smile on my face. It won't be like that in July when there are 100 degree temps to go with the sun, but with the nice weather right now, I am so thankful for my ability to get outside.
Your card is SUCH a wonderful surprise. How very wonderful that you have a boss who appreciates your hard work, kind words and wonderful sense of humor. That certainly makes it worth it to go to work every day.
Melissa's post was TOO funny today. What is up with all the song names??? HA!
Enjoy your Saturday. Mine is quiet now, but about to get busy...

Love ya,
Renee
