The brownies I made Saturday morning were for her. I also made a card using an image from The Graphics Fairy. Her favorite color is green.
She is a special person and has been a great friend the past 9 years since we met.
She is also wild and crazy!
Which is why we love her so much!

If you have craft stores there, you might find the chalkboard paint. In order to get a very small jar of it, I had to go to a craft store. They do have larger amts at the large hardware kind of stores! Even a small jar is more than you need!

Where do I get all the stuff I post about? Well, for one, I have been crocheting and knitting and doing needlepoint for about 35 years! Bet you didn't think I was older than dirt, did you?
I have also been cooking for about 40 years or so and was raised by a mother who could cook and bake circles around anyone past, present or future! She gave her love of cooking to me and, believe it or not, my youngest son and his oldest son have picked up that same affection for mixing things up in the kitchen!
So, honey, it's years that have given me what I am giving in my blog. I just love to share - always have and hope to continue to do so for years to come!
