Happy Friday everyone! We were up bright and early in order to get Zack to the ballfield for a 9 am game. Third game of the season and we finally got our first win. Zack hit a triple in the second inning to bring in two and did well with pitching. The picture below was emailed to me by a friend from last week's game. I'm always keeping score and pitch count at the games so it is hard to do anything else.

Today was actually a very windy and dusty kinda day. Yuck! I really, really hate the dust. But a sweet someone sent a little sunshine my way. Bunny from I'm Just Sayin' left me a message that she had a little award for me and it turns out to be a Sunshine Award. It is exactly what I needed today. Thanks Bunny! I always enjoy visiting Bunny so hop on over her way and tell her I sent you.

I'm enjoying crocheting and hanging out at home since the weather outside is frightful.

The sun was lost behind all the dust today, but the moon was shining bright this evening.

Hope you have a relaxing weekend. Peace & blessings, Tammy

Hi Tammy! Have you written about what took you to that side of the world? I would love to read about it. I'm always fascinated about traveling, trying new places, living great experiences outside our "comfort zone". I have lived in 3 other countries, USA is the forth, but probably not the last! Let me know if you write about it!
Have a great weekend,
Marcela

Hey Tammy, I'm with Marcela, I'd love to know your "history". How you met your husband and how you came to live in Kuwait. So interesting.
We're having snow today, really beautiful, but I'm thinking about spring! OK, "stickles" are glue with glitter in it and it comes out really fine, so you can get a good line with it. Not near as messy as other glitters. Love it!
Hope you're having a wonderful weekend, your moon photo is gorgeous!
hugs,
Debra

Congrats on your award. It is a fun thing to see the kiddos play and especially win. We have 1 GS and 3 GDs playing basketball and/or volleyball. Blessings

What a great picture of Zack at the baseball game. Knowing how busy you keep yourself during the games, I am happy to know that someone was able to get a nice picture of your son. Glad they won too!! That always makes the games a bit nicer...
Sorry that you had to deal with dust today. We are cold again after having nice temps for over a week now. It is really windy out, so a good day to stay inside. Sausan's boys are coming over tonight, so I will be enjoying some craft time while the boys play.
Glad you found some good time for crocheting!

Have a great Saturday!

Love,
Renee

Wow, a triple, it sounds like you've got quite a ballplayer there. I'm sorry that your boys get migraines too, they're no fun. We live in the desert and I hate when the wind kicks up the dust. It always seems to be bad on the ball field too. Congratulations on the award!
Blessings,
Marcia

I too get very few photos of the kids sports as if my DH is coaching - which he coaches all of our son's sports year around, I am the score keeper.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Zack must have been thrilled with his hit. He's got the stance of a pro. Let's hope they keep their winning streak. Your smart to stay in while the weather has been nasty. I haven't been going out either and am starting to realize why you like staying at home so much. Maybe I should just come over and visit and we can just enjoy each other. Haven't had a chance to see the moon yet but maybe I'll get a peak tonight. Th news says its supposed to be very clear.....well, maybe not here. Hope your head is feeling better.

When our kids were growing up, they both were in sports and music. It truly was the best, and I loved keeping busy with them. Now they have grown and moved and we hardly get together anymore. Thank goodness for cell phones. I actually talk to both of them several times a week! I miss the ballgames and the great people we met because of the sports and music. Have a great weekend.... hugs, Lori

Hi Tammy! I'm so glad I asked...(and I hope you didn't mind!) I went back to the October post I read your story. For some reason never imagined 15 years. You have visited such wonderful places! Just priceless! I have friends from Argentina that lived in Sauri for only 6 months. Their 2 year contract was cut short when they received the news that twin Russian baby brothers were ready to be adopted and at 45 they decided that their career was not important as to finally have kids so they went back home (with the babies!). They learned lots in that short time and I drive them crazy with questions. The world is such fascinating place!!There is so much to see and learn and improve...I'm glad you have been given this opportunity and you took the leap! I wish your family and you all the best and thank you so much for directing me to the post!
Have a great weekend!
