And at nite, she is up to her holiday hijinx. How she managed to carry a Santa basket of pinecones into the tv room and then tip them over at 1:30 am is beyond me.
This beautiful candy cane dish was handpainted my friend Susana. She does amazing work.
And this holiday scrapbook was made by my cousin Gwen at http://acharminghome.blogspot.com/. I haven't put any pictures in it yet but I keep it on hand year round because I just love the way it looks with all the ribbons and yarn. Each page is so beautiful.
When I went into the kitchen this afternoon to make soup for dinner, I could see the most magnificent colors in the sky as the sun was setting.
And just to the left was a brilliant blue sky where you could see the crescent moon. Just amazing!
"Good night! Good Night! Far flies the light; but
still God's love shall flame above, making all bright. Good night! Good
night!"
Wishing you all a good night! Peace & blessings, Tammy

What a nice, normal day in Kuwait - Jingles outside loving her porch on a nice day, a bit of naughtiness with the pine cones, soup for dinner, and a beautiful sky. Sounds like a nice day to me. Glad to know you are enjoying your break and not running around too much!! Is that the scrap book that Gwen sent you the year I was there? I seem to remember lots of ribbons holding it all together! HA!
XOXO

That Jingles! I laughed when you told me last week what antics Jingles had been up to. When I had my staff party, we were talking about cats and I read them your note about Jingles. They all got a big kick out of that! What would we do without all that feline excitement... our lives would be a tad boring! I'm sure those little pine cones were big cat fun!

Thanks for having stopped by Crochet Galore, glad you like the patterns. Your blog is beautiful, will be back often!
Jingles takes such nice pictures. we had a lot of fun tonight. It is now after midnight. everyone has gone , Ernie and sadie are sleeping and I am still awake, I have cleaned up everything. Joy made a really good toffee with crackers she brought over. If I weren't going on the clean eating program I would get the recipe from her. Wow on that purse your friend made you. I am so basic with my stitches. I know I have said this before but you need to show me some new stitches next time you come. I was surprised to see the scrapbook I had made you. I had forgotten that. Put some pics in it! love ya!
