Loss

Have you ever lost someone you love and wanted one more conversation, one more chance to make up for the time when you thought they would be here forever? If so, then you know you can go your whole life collecting days, and none will outweigh the one you wish you had back.

Several months ago my cousin's step-daughter was hospitalized and diagnosed with leukemia.
I was stunned and saddened to learn yesterday that at the age of 34 she had passed away.
Three sweet, handsome boys now no longer have their mother.
We saw them the last time we were in the States.
Summer 2010
(My boys are the big ones)
Yusef and Zack were shocked to hear that their mom had passed away.
My heart breaks for these precious boys.
Life is a song - sing it.
Life is a game - play it.
Life is a challenge - meet it.
Life is a dream - realize it.
Life is a sacrifice - offer it.
Life is love - enjoy it.
Sai Baba
Blessings,

Oh Tammy, I am so sorry for your loss. Those poor sweet boys have a tough road ahead of them. Life just doesn't seem fair. I attended a friend's funeral on Wednesday. My second friend in two months to pass away from cancer. She was 45 and left three children, they are a bit older, but are still in need of a Mother. My heart goes out to you and your entire family.

Dearest Tammy,
What a fate... leukemia is a battle that is seldom won. Sad for the boys indeed and for all her loved ones. It makes a terrible back pain diminish, compared with such a cruel disease. I stayed in the bed today till 7:00 PM and feel much better. Guess with warmth and rest I will fluff back soon.
Hugs to you,
Mariette

Hi... seeing this makes me want to cry... which I have been doing a lot of lately. I have no Christmas spirit... no tree going up this year. I will try to decorate some... we will see. We have no snow , the weather is warm and sunny. while nice, it isn't very Christmasy. Your blog is looking nice. love to you.
