A day for soup.
And for baking.
Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.
I do love a quiet day at home.
Hope your Friday is a good one.
1/2 cup butter melted; 1 egg; 1/3 cup white sugar; 1/3 cup brown sugar; 1/2 cup peanut butter; 1 cup flour; 1/2 tsp baking soda; 3/4 cup chocolate chips. Place spoonfuls 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet and bake in a 375 degree oven until golden brown.
A day for crocheting.
FINALLY finished the granny stripe baby afghan.
Hope your Friday is a good one.

Ooooo soup..you had me at soup! Might need a soup shop for dinner! Looks like you had a relaxing day!
It is getting close to suppertime and I think soup would be great. However, I don't have soup made :( Yours looks delicious.
Love the baby boy afghan! It is perfect in design and colors!
Your baby afghan is gorgeous. Great colours for a little boy.
Thanks for the cookie recipe. I love peanut butter so they sound great to me. It's half term school holidays here next week so I'm betting my three little grandsons will enjoy baking and eating them with me!
Cold and rainy here too, so guess what I'm doing....making soup and painting. :)
I love a cozy quiet day at home just like you. I actually love it even more when it is dark and rainy out. All the more cozy inside.
Happy Weekend,
Meredith

Loved your sweet baby afghan. I couldn't do that in a million, no a TRILLION years. ha!
I went to that website you suggested and the moon pictures were awesome. Thanks so much.
Take care and have a super Saturday! Susan p.s. Thanks for all your visits and comments. You are a sweetheart.

Girlfriend I have missed you. Been sitting here catching up with all the post I have missed. Dang am I behind in blogging. Loved catching up with you and your kitties are as adorable as always.
For a month now I have been nursing my outdoor cat. He got into something that has caused some serous problems but am hoping the antibotics work for him
You have changed your background and I love the look.
Hope your gray clouds lift long enough for a great weekend

Maggie
Congratulations Tammy. It's such a great feeling to finish a long project, isn't it? It's really pretty. Your grey day doesn't dound bad to me, a comfy home, fresh baked cookies, homemade soup - very cozy. Diane
