February is my birthday month. Several years ago, my mom came to visit us in Kuwait and brought me this Woman's Day magazine from the year I was born.
The only place you can get a magazine for that much now is at a thrift store or garage sale.
February ... a month of love, a month of celebration.

Hi Tammy, I love the blog redo. About that magazine..My mom made the dolls on the cover for my cousins for Christmas! I was 17 when that magazine came out. Too cool for dolls. What a blast from the past. Happy Birthday!

I remember your mom having boxes of magazines. I wonder if she still saves them. But that is great to see what was going on in the modern day year of 66 , your birth year. any good recipes in there? Love the new look you have going on here. I like how your blogging everyday up to your birthday. Just found out another interesting fact about you. I love the idea that your mom got you a magazine from the year you were born. What an ingenious idea. Wish I would have thought of that one for my girls. I agree with Blessedmom's idea for you to take some pictures of the ads in the magazine. Looking forward to seeing what was going on back in 1966 in Woman's Day.
