Plalking: Picking up litter while walking.
Pandemic pollution everywhere.
Garbage that sits for weeks on end.
I don't pick up everything I come across.
Seeing so much garbage makes me sad and mad.
So I do what I can, when I can.
... the care of the earth is our most ancient and most worthy and, after all, our most pleasing responsibility. To cherish what remains of it, and to foster its renewal, is our only legitimate hope.
I tried to get a picture of the scrawny one on the wonky blanket today, but it's difficult because she constantly wants to twirl around my legs. Looking at these photos, I see that I need to clean more than just her face.
A fun find in a pile of garbage.

Oh my goodness, what are people thinking. That makes me frustrated and angry for you. Bless you for trying so hard to to pickup up the garbage. It must seem almost impossible.
The little scrawny kitten is so sweet. I really would want to take them all home and I know you can't do that. Thank you for caring so much Tammy.

What an almost disheartening daily sight such Pandemic trash and more...!
Such a kitty is like a magnet, begging for some human love and care.
So sad for having to view that each time and you can only do so much.

I'm seeing masks lying about, too - so disgraceful. I'm so fortunate to live in a place where there is little garbage. Happy Tuesday - Happy Wednesday!
It is saddening to see so much litter and the masks are topping the list here as well. Will people ever learn? You are doing a great job, Tammy! Every single effort counts!
It makes me sad and mad to see all that garbage, too! I cannot understand at all why people would do this. I know you do what you can (and you do a lot!) and it is enough. Just remember that. :-)

Tammy - it would distress me so much to see trash that prolific. Don't people "see" it? Unfathomable! Have you given the little one a name, or is that a step too far for your heart?
