When I looked out the window this morning, I wasn't sure if it was foggy or dusty.
And my weather app was no help.
It definitely was not mostly sunny.
There were patches of fog on my drive to the hospital where I volunteer and the closer I got, the thicker the fog was. I could barely see the Towers from the road so stopped for a quick walk and to snap some photos.
There's the sun, cloaked in fog.
Low tide and zero visibility looking across the sea.
Tall buildings across the street from the hospital disappeared into murkiness.
It's actually been pretty hazy for nearly a week now because of dust, so was happy to see the sky clear by late afternoon. Fluffy clouds were floating by in a blue sky and the half moon was visible.
The weekend has begun here.
Happy Thursday!

Happy weekend to you! :)
We tend to get fog here quite frequently - the moisture content over the farmland combined with just the right temps. It makes for some dangerous driving at times. Some morning commutes, I can only see just beyong the front of my car so one has to remember where all the crossroads are and to slow down in case cars are coming from those. Thankfully though, we have none of that today. It's presently a WARM 47 degrees out (that's right - that's very warm for us all things considered at the end of January) and sunny. I switched it up a bit today and did my hourlong run/walk outdoors instead of the treadmill. Woo hoo.
Hope you enjoy a nice weekend.
Linda
Your weather is very close to what we are experiencing lots of fog here too. Hope you are having a good week Tammy.
Surreal, and just a little bit creepy. Glad the fog disappeared and the afternoon brought clearer skies. Hopefully it stays that way for your weekend!
Wow.. that was fun to see your foggy images.. the towers up there were amazing. I love how a blogger can find beauty in the most unusual places. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
Wow! That was some fog. We’ve had a few foggy days here, but nothing like you’ve shown us today. I do like the temperatures that your weather app shows though. It’s been quite awhile since we’ve been that warm. The photo of the towers was really beautiful. Happy weekend!
Blessings, Betsy
I do love a good fog... something quiet and mysterious about it. But, you know a good clear-sky sunny day is my favorite! Have a great weekend with clear skies (no dust), Tammy!! blessings ~ tanna
Fog is better than dust except for driving in either one. I like the sunshine best! Wonderful Weekend Dear...<3
Fog can be mysteriously beautiful, as in your photos, or a plain nuisance for visibility. I hope you're enjoying your weekend.
We have a lot of foggy mornings here. If I don't have to drive, I love them, otherwise they are a pain in the you know what....LOL Loved your pics. I feel like I really know your area. :) Kit
Amazing photos!
Especially the one of the towers.
Hope you had a great weekend!
Sussie :)
If you lived in a murder mystery I would say - stay home!!!

wow that was allot of fog-that was the worse thing to drive in to go to work in the past for me-along with ice. The photos are beautiful though, I loved the one by the sea and the towers.
Hope you had a good weekend
Hi Tammy. Hope your weekend was good. Wow, that fog sure makes visibility a challenge. Take care. Susan
Dearest Tammy,
Love your photos but such thick fog takes away our outlook into the world around us...
Always kind of sad and dreary looking and even dangerous in traffic.
Hope you got some real sunny weather; here it is bright and blue!
Hugs,
Mariette
Fog looks so cool in photos, but certainly isn't fun to drive in. Hope you're having a good week!
