All Things Pumpkin

Pumpkin pancakes with chocolate chips.
Treat bag made from a cereal box.
Crocheted Halloween pillow.
Mod podged jack-o-lantern jar.
Have you tried these?  (Not my favorite.)
Crocheted gift bag filled with candy and sugar cookies for a friend's daughter.
Pumpkin bread made every year from a publication of The Macon Telegraph and News, Macon, GA, dated October 7, 1984.
Mix together 1 cup sugar; 1-2/3 cups flour; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp baking powder; 1 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp cloves; 1/2 tsp cinnamon; 1/2 tsp nutmeg.  In a separate bowl mix 1/2 cup canola oil; 1 cup pumpkin and 2 eggs.  Stir both mixes together and fold in 1 cup craisins and 1/2 cup of walnuts or pecans.
Happy Halloween!

The cereal box treat bag is a great idea - more sturdy than a plastic bag. Happy Halloween. :)

Wow gal you are one busy and creative woman. Will be doing that pumpkin bread soon. We have gotten wind and rain from Sandy. Praying for the rest of the Eastern coast.
So good to hear from you.

Dearest Tammy,
Ha ha you share a recipe from our Macon Telegraph and News, Macon GA. Funny how small the world can be! Probably the recipe was by Louise Dodd, the mother of a dear friend of ours... Once I won a 1st prize in her cooking contest about mushroom recipes.
Your crocheted bag looks adorable and your pillow too.
Happy Halloween to you.
Hugs,
Mariette

I don't think I would like the pumpkin spice kisses either... the chocolate ones are too good.

The time goes so fast and then you turn around and your kiddos are all grown up and graduating. I have to say it is a scary time for me, but my daughter is so excited and wants to go to college to be a elementary teacher. So I go from being excited to knots in my stomach...

Wishing you a great day.

Your crafty projects look wonderful - what a good idea to use a cereal box.

My husband would love all these pumpkiny recipes (I, alas, am not a fan). The Hershey's kisses look rather dreadful. Do pumpkin and chocolate even go together? :)

Your treat bags are always so cute.

The cereal box is a wonderful idea! And your little pumpkin candle holder and pillow....you are SO talented! What a "sweet" treat bag..literally! LOL!
Hope you had a great Halloween and I will definitely be makin' the Macon pumpkin bread!

It sure had been a fun filled Halloween with all these goodies and decoration.
The only thing I have eaten, made with pumpkin, is something my mom used to cook in oil with both sugar and salt. It tasted nice but I have never cooked pumpkin in any form. :)
Its late but still Happy Halloween! :)
