It's not just for breakfast

This is one of my most favorite meals.

Special K with blueberries and walnuts. I have it nearly every night for dinner. All those cereal boxes Susana brought to me yesterday have been covered in gift wrap and stored away. Next time a gift giving occasion arises, I can just pull one out, embellish and fill it up. The perfect little gift tote once a handle is added.

Some of the cereal boxes are cut up and turned into tags ...

which are then decorated with bits and pieces of scrap paper or whatever I have at hand.

I'm still working on the dining table clean up. I kinda sorta started packing. It's all a work in progress. Maybe I should go have a bowl of cereal.

It's great with dried cranberries too.

Here's to a healthy, happy, productive day. Peace & blessings, Tammy

I love that you have cereal for dinner. Too hot to cook then and too much food to sleep on. Personally, I'd love to have a big lunch and skip the dinner part. Loved that when we were in Europe.
Great idea to make tags from the cereal boxes!
Get packing girl! It's not that far away!
Hugs,
Jan

This made me laugh. Because I not only had Kashi cereal with blueberries and strawberries for breakfast (as always), I also ended up having the same for lunch! You sure can invent a lot of ways to use things. I do admire that!

Looks like a good day to me. Cereal, and a bit more crafty stuff to get you ready for the next time you feel like making someone's day special. Good for you. The boxes turned out nicely. You really are wonderfully resourceful. You make it all look so nice.
I am glad the packing has started. Sunday is coming quickly... YEA!! Did you ever get in touch with Winnie? I think someone told me that they talked with her and she was asking about when you were coming. Melissa maybe??

Keep working on the table!!
Love,
Renee

I am dieting and that looks like a very yummy treat right now. I love your tags and all. You really jump in with both feet when you start something. I used to do that... but now one foot always wanders off. ha! I have looked at your other posts , but I am just commenting here for now. I haven't been on the blog lately , Just having too much fun and stuff this summer. the past 2 nights I went to two different music concerts in parks, taking it easy tonight. counting the days!
