For the past couple of days, we have had brilliant blue skies and bright sunshine. The mornings are lovely.
The afternoons are hot. They say it is only around 90 today but sure feels much hotter.
I made this in honor of National Teacher's Appreciation week. Time has just flown by.
It's already bedtime (and yes, my dining table looks the same as yesterday). Goodnite!

It sounds like you are having lovely weather! Enjoy! =)
First off Tammy, I am so glad you showed the table where you craft, because it makes me feel normal. I always make such a mess when I craft and I think that's why Dale is so willing for me to have my own space. Just so he can have a meal when I get in the zone.
I love your WW post. The stonework on that fence is lovely. I also love the card that you created. I know it will bring a smile.
hugs and a Happy Mother's Day to you!
It is funny to hear that you are happy with the weather, because I read that it was 90 degrees, and I shuddered. TOO HOT!! It has been very close to 90 here too, and I am ready to toss in the towel already.
I laughed to know that it is Teacher Appreciation week there. It is here too. Nice to know that some things span across the international borders. I am thinking the person who is the lucky recipient of your card will be VERY happy. It is fantastic!!
Hope you sleep well!
Renee
what a very cute card....love those fences too..what texture they have...happy Wednesday
HI TAMMY, I HOPE YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL IN STAYING COOL. I USED TO LIVE IN SCHAUMBERG MANY YEARS AGO. NEXT TIME YOU VISIT, LET ME KNOW AND I'LL TELL YOU HOW TO GET OUT MY WAY WHICH IS ONLY A LITTLE OVER 20 MILES AWAY, IN ST.CHARLES, ILL.
HAPPY MOTHERS DAY, JUDY
Sweet dreams!
ps...love the card. I have to try this, you so inpsire!
Darling little kitten, Tammy and I love the White Wednesday pics. 90 degrees sounds just a wee bit to hot for me (like if it was that way here tomorrow I'd just melt into a puddle) It's cold here tonight 36 degrees and supposed to get colder and would you believe 8 inches of snow??? Blessings, Diane
Hi Tammy,
My dinning table looks like that most of the time too. I always say to myself one day it would be nice to have a room that I could shut the door.
Love what you have made, in appreciation of the teachers. Your little kitten is so precious.
Stay cool and enjoy the rest of the week.
Hugs
Carolyn
Hi chicky!
I am back, so come over and see your crazy cousin. Love that card, such a great idea. Tomorrow is Judy's bday... I am thinking she is 47 now. My friend Mary turned 45 last month. I told her she is an old broad now. ha ha!
90* .. too hot for me too! I see Renee is having the same temps.
ta for now. love,
Gwen
oh you are sweltering and I am still dreaming of heat!! the tiny sleeping kitten is so adorable!
Your table looks just like mine when I start a project. What a cute card. I checked out the rag rugs in your previous post. I wish mine looked as good as those. Thank you for stopping by.
We've had great weather here as well....until today. Kind of cool and raining. I love your teacher tag--it's wonderful! I need to browse through more of your posts as I'm so behind in catching up with my blogging friends. Thanks for stopping by my blog as well!
Tammy, your table looks very normal to me!! Who doesn't "spread out" while crafting. Even though I have my own space now, I still leave dribs and drabs all over. Thanks for your visit over this end...spring this year has been lovely and I just hope it lasts a while longer.
If you would like me to make you a "tut"I will.
A granny square is a good start and once you get that....you've got it!!!!
Have a nice weekend and don't worry about the mess...we aren't looking!!!
Just love the card....... 90 degrees??? Well, that is hot but after a long winter here 90 sounds pretty good!!
Thanks for stopping by.....
Love,
Marilyn

I've been catching up on your posts from the last two weeks. The kittens are really growing. We had a couple of hotter days this week, but mostly just beautiful weather. I know the hot summer is just around the corner, so we're enjoying this weather as much as we can.
Blessings,
Marcia
I forgot to mention, I like the Doobie Brothers :-) One of them, Tyrone Porter, graduated from the same high school I did, and I went to school with his cousins. When I was at the school it was at the height of the band's popularity, so we were all very proud :-)
Blessings,
Marcia
