Cookie Festival

My girlfriend, Melissa, the one with 7 kids and a job
has been baking the past couple of weeks for her annual cookie festival.
There must have been about 15 different varieties.
And with almost 20 guests going home with two of each kind, you know she made a whole heck of a lot of cookies.
I cannot even imagine where I would be today were it not for that handful of friends who have given me a heart full of joy. Let's face it, friends make life a lot more fun.

The perfect ending to a lovely day.
Blessings to all,

I´m sure you made some delicious ones too because I know you love baking cakes. :)

What a fabulous and yummy event. Each cookie looks delightful! Today is my cookie making day, crossing my fingers that I can make about 6 different types. I'm exhausted just thinking about it, but with a little Christmas music playing in the background...I'm sure it will be fun.
Blessings for this Holiday season!

Oh my gosh... seven kids, a full time job and she made all those cookies! I admire your friend - good for her. And they look so good, I'm sure you had a fabulous time at her cookie festival. I love that name!

BTW, I had tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches today for lunch - it rained all day, just how I like it when I'm able to stay at home all day. Finally, one good rainy day and boy did it rain.

Enjoy your break and happy holidays to you!
