Simple Pleasures: A Big Bowl and lots of milk

I know I've mentioned this before, but it is something that I seriously crave ...

sometimes for dinner, sometimes for a snack ...

a big bowl of Special K with frozen mixed berries, walnuts and lots of cold skim milk.

It's like having a big bowl of dessert without the guilt. Delicious and healthy!

I'm joining Dayle for Simple Pleasures.

Have a healthy, happy day! Friendship blessings, Tammy

Looks healthy but it's probably why I never crave it. Actually I've never been a fan of cereal, lol.

Hope you're having a beautiful day. One more day of work for me and then a lovely weekend.

Why did I click this link??? LOL
I'm hungry for it now. I love cereal, especially with berries. It's comfort food.

Oh, who am I kidding. All food is comfort to be except carrots.

I enjoyed this simple pleasure!

I can understand! It 't cool, sweet and filling. I usually have frozen berries with some fresh fruit, chia seeds, cinnamon and quality yoghurt twice a day, love it.

Dearest Tammy,

Funny but Europeans go more for the plain yogurt with fruits; not milk... Love the Greek yogurt (no fat version) with lots of fruits! Healthy for sure.

Love to you,

Mariette
