Happy Sunday everyone!
It's strawberry season here and we've been getting some very tasty ones lately. Even Tofu got in on the sweetness, tops included.
I am enjoying vegan pancakes nearly every morning topped with powdered sugar and tahini.
Years ago I crocheted the start of a gift bag but never finished it up, so was inspired to make a strawberry applique that I whipstitched to the front, did some single crochet to close up the bag, made a drawstring and it was a quick finish, which shouldn't have taken quite so long to make.

Looks wonderful - the strawberries and the bag. :) We're having a little snow here today, but nothing like what they originally predicted for our area. Once again, the storms go north or south and around us here in the central part of Illinois. Chicago and the suburbs look to have received a lot but not us, two hours downstate where it's barely covering the ground right now. It looks like we have about an inch thus far. I went for a walk early in the morning before it really started and it was a nice walk. Hope you have a nice new week! :)

Not realizing that you won't have access to strawberries year round, like here in the USA... Yours look so beautifully red and might be very tasty.

Good evening, I love your little bag-very sweet. I love fresh strawberries too, I should get some frozen ones next time I go shopping as the fresh ones here are not real nice.
