Crafty Morning and an FO

Today was another crafty meet-up with Kuwait Crafters.

Every other Saturday we meet at a different coffee shop and today we chose Opt Coffee that just opened at the end of June.
My friend, Aruna, crocheted the sweetest little colorful pears.
They've gotten a lot of love on our Instagram story.
And this craft bag made by my very talented friend, Rene @whiskersandyarn, was a belated birthday gift some time back that I finally got pictures of.  Really perfect for your current project or crochet-on-the-go.

My FO (finished object) from yesterday is the Happiest Blanket Ever, a pattern by Tamara Kelly at Moogly.
A really easy pattern to follow and quick to work up which is just what I like.

Of course, with color changes every row, that does mean lots of loose ends to weave in.
But that didn't stop me from finishing.
Or from starting another one in different colors.
Happy August!

Tammy, I absolutely love that sweet blanket. You do such beautiful crochet. I also love your birthday bag. The colors and pattern are both so pretty and it looks like the perfect size. Your crafting group looks like a fun group of ladies. Are you coming back to the States this summer? Have a wonderful weekend my friend.
Blessings,
Betsy

Fab job on the blanket Tammy! The colors you chose make it even more delicate and soft! As for the ends - that is the only aspect of crochet I cannot stand :P

Aruna's pretty little pears are apt for a coffee shop! Very sweet and gorgeous. My compliments to Aruna.
I am keen to know how many coffee shop businesses are in your city because every time you blog, you are in a different one, and often a new one just opened. While I am not one to frequent coffee shops, finding nice ones that serve coffee in proper cups with proper service and nice surroundings can be hard in my neighbourhood.
It is nice to see the different styles and decor and, of course, all the lovely hand made things of your group.
Thank you for sharing and enjoy the day, Tammy! xx
