Happy Hearts

May you find happiness in the most unexpected places, joy just around the corner, and love all along the way."
(Susan Gale)

On Tuesday I met my friend, Melissa, for an early morning walk and did a little love bombing along the way.
Cultivate caring and generosity.
Happiness is the natural state of a loving heart.
There's always shenanigans when Melissa is around.
The real joy of life is in its play. Play is anything we do for the joy and
love of doing it, apart from any profit, compulsion, or sense of duty.
It is the real joy of living.
     (Walter Rauschbusch)

After an hour and a half of walking, we met our friend Elena for breakfast by the marina.
As you can see, it was a gorgeous day!  We've had the most perfect weather this past week.  80 during the day and down into the 60's at night.  I'm hoping it will stay like this at least through March before the real heat sets in.

Happy Thursday!

80 would be so very hot to us right now, but I would LOVE that!!
The wind is so strong today, that even though it's warming up and melting all of the snow, it's very difficult to run against the wind, so I tried to run with it. :) I could do without the strong wind, but at least it's around 40 out right now which is a VAST improvement over winter weather.

I think it's so sweet that you share your lovely crocheted items with strangers. Such a thoughtful way of living. Have a nice evening and remainder of the week, though I guess it's the weekend now for you. Just another little bit and we will have that as well. Jim and I are reverting to our hippie youth tomorrow night and attending a Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon Laser Light show with our college students. Then the college students are apparently leaving us for at least Saturday and Saturday night so Jim and I will have a free day to ourselves, and with temps predicted in the 60s (which is BREAK OUT THE SHORTS here LOL) and sunny, we will definitely be taking a little road adventure in his porsche. ;)

Kindest regards,
Linda

What a wonderful outing you had! I loved that big wooden ship! I especially loved seeing the coffee lady happy with her gift. You really are an inspiration! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

Tammy I would love to be able to join you on one of your early-morning walks! The fact that you share your hearts with everyone is lovely too. I always enjoy seeing where you hang them for the unsuspecting recipient to find them. Such fun! And here I was thrilled with our 50° temperatures yesterday. Your 80° sounds absolutely wonderful. Have a lovely day my friend.
Blessings, Betsy

A lovely get-together on a lovely day.

Here, we are still in quite deep winter, and such a stroll around, would not be comfortable. :-)

Dearest Tammy,
What a lovely post full of happiness and great photos from your walk and get togethers.
Love the cat in the photo with your shadows.
And what a lovely view indeed. We would all like to frame such kind of weather and hold on to it for months on end...
Hope the mail is moving and my sister in The Netherlands received her parcel today, got sent of the same day. One to Sweden... don't know how it all will work out.
Hugs,
Mariette

Hi Tammy. That sounds like a perfectly delightful outing. I think you'd be fun to go places with, too. Hope the good weather holds for you. Still a deep freeze where we live but that's okay because I know that this, too, shall pass! Have a wonderful weekend. Susan

To have a good friend to walk along and do crazy lil things like little hearts which would bring a smile to a stranger, then have a lovely breakfast with friends. Nothing like it. Happy for you Tammy.

Hi Tammy, a beautiful post. I had wanted to do some bombing so decided to start in my own yard. I really like the heart bombing. I can add that to my sample. Sounds like all is well with you. I bet that son is a grown man now. Blessings
