Skywatch and Lovebombs

Only from the heart can you touch the sky.
Rumi

I'm a skywatcher.
The first thing I do every morning is head to the kitchen to make coffee and then straight to the back door to check out the morning sky.
Some days are just regular, but then sometimes, like today, you get a sky that is filled with changing colors.
From pink to golden, with scattered clouds and a beautiful sunrise.
Plus, there's the crescent moon directly in front of me.
Birds flying high.
And even an airplane flying by.
Later I went for a walk and carried more crocheted hearts with me.
This time there were two fathers out with their little girls so they got the pink hearts and then I tied the multicolored ones to a fence and a bench.
Still skywatching as I wind my way back home.

Have a terrific Tuesday!

Hi Tammy,
I like how you leave your little heart gifts around. ♥

I always check the sky too before leaving the house, if it's light - usually it's still dark when I leave for work though, but I can usually see if there are stars (clear) or not (grey yet again). So today, it's grey yet again, but can't complain too loudly as we are experiencing a relatively mild winter here in between deep freeze segments. No snow on our ground, so that's all good.

Enjoy your day, or what's left of it there. Mine is just beginning.

Such lovely skies. We don't get such vibrant one's here sadly.
What a good idea to take hearts out to share, I still have my yellow one here in front of me on the desk together with the dream catcher. You are an inspiration Tammy to be loving and giving, thankyou.

You are fortunate to have a good shot of the Eastern sky.. ours is behind our little forest so we can't see it well. If I had to select a home again I would have far reaching views. I just think you're the sweetest, most generous woman. Lucky are those who stumble upon your gifts. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

Love, love, love your sky photos Tammy!
And your crocheted hearts are beautiful.

I still leave a book a day in the park opposite my house with a label "Please take me home". I volunteer at Lifeline Bookdepot and we have so many books there is always plenty left over for my park people.

Take care sweet friend.

Beautiful skies, Tammy. I look out my bedroom window, first thing, to see the sky. These days it's mostly dark, but soon the mornings will be lighter. Your tiny crocheted hearts are lovely and I find the idea of passing them along to random people utterly charming. What a giving soul you have.

Dearest Tammy,
What a lovely sky for early morning; it makes you feel so blessed.
Today was a great day for me, having slept for the first night without back pain in one week and the entire day went well. We started a walk as it was very warm and sunny but it started suddenly with a downpour. We got a ride from a friendly young man so we made it home safe. Pieter gave him a chocolate letter P (one of his) as appreciation.
Love your hearts and for sure they will be loved by the receivers and viewers alike.
Hugs,
Mariette

Another beautiful walk, it's nice to look up. It's also nice to leave a little heart where you've been. I so enjoy your walks.

Your photos are beautiful, Tammy. I'm a skywatcher too and I feel fortunate to live in a place where the skies are almost always interesting. We even have laws protecting our nighttime sky views, restricting the amount of light people are allowed to use at night. It's worth it to be able to see the beautiful night sky. I love that you share hearts, it's such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Those little girls will remember you someday when they're older, the nice lady who gave them pink hearts when they were little.

Beautiful way to begin any day. With the promise of an open sky, big bright sunshine, or moon smiling down there is no better way to begin a day...except with hand crocheted hearts shared with others. Your Random Acs of Kindness make me smile...Thank You Dear.

I also draw much inspiration from the sunrise...it rises through the forest here, so I see it as rays and highlights, rather that an open sky, but still quite magical. When I go out for the first round of chores, I choose a spot where a bright light is coming between branches, and face it while doing my morning stretches. Accompanied by goatly clamor, as I am Right There, yet not serving breakfast buckets yet! :)
I do see a beautiful evening sky through trees to the west, and often a very colorful sky it is, even though I don't see the sun slip down over the horizon. Well, I guess the trees are my horizon!

Beautiful sunrise. We have lovely sunsets here in the desert. Also some mornings but evenings are so beautiful. We are now experiencing cool weather but should be in 80s sometime next week. That's from freezing and frost this am. I hung your red heart on the door of my china cabinet in observance of Valentine's Day. Thank you so much for sending it to me. The medallion is above my desk. I look at it each day and am thankful for blogging friends.

Such a lovey post, Tammy, we are kindred spirits, watching the clouds is soul work I think... and your multi colored hearts look like a sacred heart to me! xo
