A Crafty Saturday

Coffee, conversation and crafting to start the day.
And arts and crafts this afternoon at The Secret Garden.
Even the adults got in on the action.
Especially loved this yarn wrapped stick made by one of the fathers.
From morning til evening it was a busy, creative day.
Happy Saturday!

I love all those pretty art pieces. You are certainly doing your part to make our world a gorgeous place. :) I thank you! I love seeing the pics and especially of the sea, I am in a world of white and gray right now, I don't mind, it is what I love but I love pops of color now and again too. :) Go Broncos! Kit

Tammy -- What a full day of activities. Loved the children absorbed in their art projects. Children's art is so endearing. My daughter framed many photos of her son's art and has them hanging on a wall of her living room and vestibule. -- barbara

I just love seeing the creative and fun things you do! Crafting with others is so neat but I don't have a group to join in.. must work on that. I really admire the things you do with the kids in the garden.. they will remember you forever. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

It's nice that you enjoy all of that and had a fun day! It's great that you spend time teaching children and adults alike. :)

My Saturday was spent exactly how I like to spend it - which was up early running and then with my husband, doing our 2-week grocery shopping in the morning, followed by lunch out with our daughter, her boyfriend and one of his friends at one of our favorite little restaurant/pubs in Champaign, the college town to our south.

Have a nice new week!

Wonderful Tammy, you are passing on your skills to the young ones.
I imagine most of the yarn came from the Tammy stash - right?
So colourful and fun - I'm imagining those happy little faces in the sun.
A very rewarding day for you I'm sure.
Hugs
Shane
