A New Year, A New Venture

Happy New Year!
I hope you all enjoyed wonderful holiday moments with family and friends.
For me it was a busy time with our son home from college.
A friend visiting from Lebanon.
And gorgeous weather that called for lots of walking and outdoor activities.

We even managed to take a quick family vacation to Oman, arriving Monday night and returning Friday.  More about that another time.
My blogging has been a bit sporadic of late but, it's a new year, and I am going to do my best to get back on track.  Blogging has truly been such a wonderful experience and I have made so many friends around the world.  One of those being Maureen of Daydream Living.  We met online through blogging several years ago, and when she moved from Switzerland to Dubai, we were able to meet in person, not once, but twice.

Maureen is beginning a new venture and asked me to be a part of it.  You can read more about it on her blog or go to The Moksi Homes and sign up for the newsletter.  I am slated to guest post on January 11th.
Best wishes and blessings,

Hi Tammy,
Nice photo of you and nice post. I will have to look into your new venture some more. I am in the midst of a time of unsettled feelings - have been for a while but it's only growing worse. I need to find my place in the world and I need to find it soon, and I know that this is leading me back to my relationship with God and putting Him back as #1 in my life. Where this will lead me, I don't know right now, but it looks like I'll be giving up my newspaper column. It's on my mind right now....

Blessings to you in the new year,
Linda

Hi Tammy! What a beautiful picture of you. Thank you for sharing it with us. It looks so warm there...something lacking today in most of the US, although we're doing okay out in the west.
Good luck in your new venture.

Dearest Tammy,
Lovely photo of you and it proves that eating healthy vegetarian meals do the trick. Hope your dear husband is also feeling healthy and fit for the new year, as well as your two sons. One of course is no longer 'at table' as such but still.
Wishing you a great new year ahead.
Hugs,
Mariette

Hi,
I've had time to look over the new venture - other blog now - it's lovely, however I don't know that I can relate much since I have not moved much at all. In fact, I was born in and have lived in Illinois all of my nearly 50 years. I only had 2 childhood homes and it was my wish that it would be the same for my daughter and true enough, she's lived in the same town all of her life and in the same home since Kindergarten. I can't imagine having to move around much - I wouldn't like it. But I love the decorating ideas it seems this new venture will offer. <3

Blessings,
Linda
