It's a Start

After a dust storm, there is more dust than I care to think about, so instead of crocheting, I was forced to do a couple of hours of dusting after school.  Honestly, it is such a wasted effort ... but must be done.  Anywho ... I did finally sit down to try out the owl pattern.  Very straightforward, and easy.  He still needs to be stuffed but that will have to wait until tomorrow.
One more day of school and then our weekend begins so I will have more time to play and crochet.  More owls to come.

Hope you are having a wonderful Wednesday!

Cute little owl.
Is it hard to breathe during a dust storm?

Such adorable little owls, Tammy! Love their simplicity...just so sweet! Sorry you're stuck in all that dust again...it IS pretty dreary, isn't it? I think you will make the best of it, though, my friend!

Wishing you a lovely, lovely day--whatever the weather!

Cute owls....they look easy!!! Nice job.

I thought of you today. We went on a short 30 minute trip to Safeway and on the way home, a HUGE wind storm came down the mountains! The dirt and dust and debris in the air was NASTY! Had to turn on the headlights. The winds were whipping at 50 mph, too. Thankfully, I had the foresight to close my windows before we went!!!

Cough cough cough........Jan

Very cute owl, so sorry about all that dust and dusting is just so dull isn't it? It is just like laundry as soon as you are finished there is more to do.
Hugs to you,
Meredith

You are stronger than I when it comes to dusting after every storm which seems to happen far too often. Love your little owls. Wonderful weekend...

Hi Tammy, that your buhitos cute, fun look. In Spanish they say owls. I imagine that dust storms are frustrating! contamination occurs here in the dust of the Sahara that comes up here, along with ash from a volcano is dormant and seasonal environmental chaos in the year. greetings. Rose M.

I love your cute little owls Tammy. Dusting...sometimes I wonder why I do it when I live in Idaho and it's springtime. We don't have dust storms like you do, just farmers plowing up the grow in the wind : )
I hope you get to enjoy some good weather soon dear one.

These owls are darling!

I have to dust almost every other day here and I hate it. I don't know what it is about this old Victorian we live in but the dust factor is always horrid on the first floor. Ick!
