Weather Woes

Weather started off nice this morning.

But as the day progressed.

The wind picked up and a dust storm rolled in.

The birds dropped by for a snack before it got too bad.

Jingles thought they were there just for her entertainment.

So tell me, what's happening outside your window today?

Hope it's better than what we got going on here. Best wishes and blessings, Tammy

Hi Tammy: Our weather is still sunny and beautiful with leaves literally FALLING all around. I have lots of activity outside my windows as heavy equipment construction is happening to put in a new water tunnel which is on my property. It is part of the Nevada Irrigation District upgrade of the 100 year old water canals. I love how interesting the work is to watch. Love your Jingles and her bird views.

Hi Tammy.
Jingles looks a happy cat with all the entertainment.
Lovely mild Autumn day here in my part of England. Check out the Mouse House to see.
Hugs, Angela.

Right now the sun has peeked out of the clouds, giving me the promise of a sunny football game. Rain expected later and only a high of 47. My Red Maple is looking lovely and I am feeling great! Love your cat and his "pet" birds....LOL Kit

So sorry about your weather woes .... It makes our own seem so much more tolerable! We just have the usually rainy day forecast .... Dodging raindrops again!

Sorry for the dust storm :(

Here the sky is completely clear blue, sunny, and going up to a high of 60 which might not seem warm, but when there is no wind and warm sunshine - it's glorious.

Hope you have a good day despite the weather.
Love, Linda

Here in the south east of u.k. it has been beautiful sunshine but as dusk approaches there are some black clouds in the sky.
This doesn't mean that it will rain, here we are always surprised each day with the weather, they will probably blow north to where my eldest son lives and drop another lot of rain on him. lol
He lives on the West coast of Scotland near Glasgow and has had so much rain lately that he is getting thoroughly depressed with it.
We are lucky here in the South East to get the very best of the weather.
Good to see lovely old Jingles at the window.

Hi Tammy...Here in Massachusetts snow is forecast. Wayyyyy too early. We usually do NOT have snow in October. Oh well. Nothing we can do about it (except shovel. ha ha)

Honey Cat is smart. She's curled up on my bed, keeping warm. Sounds good to me! Have a good rest of the weekend. Susan

Dearest Tammy,

Here it is clear and it will be chilly at night but no frost yet. Blue sky...
Jingles indeed thinks the birds put on a show for her! Poor animals that have to actually live 24/7 in such dust...
Love to you and hope you keep it cozy and warm inside.

No dust storm. The sun is out right now, in 20 minutes it will probably be raining cats and dogs. That's the way it's been all afternoon. Luckily Rascal and I went for our walk in between rainstorm. Enjoy the rest of your weekend Tammy. Diane

We had fog the entire morning until around noon. It was really thick early this morning. I couldn't see the cornfield across the road. Finally cleared around noon.

I guess there was another dust storm in Arizona this week. It made the national news. Glad we are here. I'll take fog over dust and sand! Have a great weekend.

I missed stopping by for tea on Tuesday, but went back and read the post, along with the others, too. And of course, I fell in love with that Italian restaurant you ate at on Friday. Your meal looked amazing.

Looks like it was a really hard day to be outside. I laughed when you said that Jingles thought the birds were there for her entertainment. Cats are SO like that!

Hi Tammy, you know, I still imagine that parts of where you live is a lot like Las Vegas is it not? I have lived here all my life, and when I was younger I remember more dust storms like that. I think now it's more populated and they don't happen that often. Of course the wind blows all the smog away, but I still hate the wind. It's clear, breezy, and cold this morning. :-)
