This is what it looked like out my kitchen window this morning.

We awoke to high humidity and fog in the early morning hours.

It's been one of those days that just goes way too fast. One of my favorite quick meals on busy days is to boil frozen green beans seasoned with a little powdered vege extract; saute fresh chopped garlic and crushed cashews or walnuts in good olive oil; drain beans and mix with nuts and garlic; then serve over quick cooking brown rice.

Tomorrow's breakfast is in the fridge. Overnight Oats.

In the morning I will add flavored yogurt, nuts and blueberries for a quick and healthy breakfast. I don't know about you, but my day goes a lot more smoothly when I plan ahead.

Hope everyone has had a great start to a new week. Friendship blessings, Tammy

I don't know who has the better weather, you or I. Today, I took Omar to work and the skies over Doha were FILLED with sand and dust. The heat is not so bad, but everything that comes with it is nasty.
Dinner looks great, and so does the oatmeal. You need some of my ground flaxseed to toss in there. YUMMY!!
Hope the school week is a good one. It has been busy here!!
Love,
Renee

Good Morning Tammy Sweetie...
Another hot triple digit day here in the desert. No humidity or cloudiness here. Just more of the same old same old.

Those beans look wonderful and I love the seasoning and over brown rice. Sounds yummy, that is something I will have to give a try.

Oh and even the kitty looks sad looking out the window, another day of being locked indoors? Meow, meow. Poor kitty. I do so love the photos where they are looking out, like they so want to be on the other side of the glass.

Beautiful share today sweetie. I pray you are well. Have a gorgeous Monday.

Many hugs and much love, Sherry

A pretty window shot, regardless of the nasty weather outside. Sweet kitty. I love cats. We have two, and I could sit and just watch them all day. If I didn't have so much to do. ;)
Enjoy your day, Tammy.

Hi Tammy...with sports in full swing and carpooling at rush hour in a busy town planning ahead is a must! Quick meal for us is sauted spinach in garlic, tossed with sliced grape tomatoes over wheat pasta sprinkled with aisago cheese ~ Mmmmmm!

I couldn't believe the humidity...I was soooo wishing and clicking my heals to be back on the lake after yesterday. It didn't help with the dust that came along with it. Ended up having itchy eyes and sneezing fits. Thank God my stomach is much better or I would have been in some serious pain.
Love the meal ideas. Only you and Renee can make vegetables and breakfast look so yummy:)
Love the look of your page. I can see your living room isn't the only place that got a little facelift:)

The beans looks awesome! I have to try those at home!!
It's been very cold here. Well, at least "cold" for us :o) from 27-28°C we went down in a blink to 18°C on Sunday, with nights of 15°C. That's freezing for us! What is going on?! and in September? It should rain, yes, and be cooler, but not this cold! Did the fog and humidity made the mornings a little fresh for you? I hope so!
have a great day!
