I hope everyone is having a terrific Tuesday. It was cloudy here this morning.
They say we are to expect unstable weather conditions. That could mean rain or dust. Usually, we get the dust!

While catching up on blogs today, I paid a visit to Claus of Claudia's Desk and discovered that on the 23rd while I was away she left me an Honest Scrap Award.
And she had this to say about me: A kind, spiritual and faithful woman living in Kuwait. Even though I haven't "known" her for long, she always brighten up my blog days."
I must say, I am truly touched. It is still so amazing to me the friendships that blossom in this virtual world. Thanks Claus! I am to list 10 things you didn't know about me, so here goes:

I must say, I am truly touched. It is still so amazing to me the friendships that blossom in this virtual world. Thanks Claus! I am to list 10 things you didn't know about me, so here goes:
- I love typing. I mean, if someone gave me a book and asked me to type it for them, I would be quite content.
- I'm a rock-n-roll kinda girl. My first concert was Aerosmith! That being said, I do love all kinds of music. Depends on my mood.
- My dream when I was younger was to be a singer. I was in Honor Chorus in Middle School. I've outgrown that dream now, but doesn't stop me from singing.
- My dream now is to have a small house on a plot of land with a beautiful garden. One day that will be mine.
- I dwell. On everything and anything. Sometimes I can't sleep because I am thinking, thinking, thinking all the time.
- I usually dwell because I feel guilty about something. I don't even know sometimes what that guilt feeling is for, but it is there, so I toss and turn and dwell. So exhausting!
- I hate dust! I live in a dusty country. Everything inside and outside is dusty and I hate it!
- Most days I have road rage. There are so many people in this country who do not know how to drive and who should not be allowed to be on the road. I have to control myself or one day I might squeeze someone's head. :)
- I am inspired by each and every one of you and yet I am so disorganized that I can't seem to get started on any one project so I do nothing. So many ideas. So much I want to do.
- I am addicted to blogging! And meeting wonderful new friends like you!

I probably should get off this computer so that I can dust something! Or create. I like that last idea much better.
Wishing you all many blessings and much love, Tammy

Tammy! you are classically funny! I love you!
let me just say, 'there aren't any libraries there?' yikes...how do you do it? lol
I have to tell you that I identify with most of your ten things about yourself!
i have a small house on a small piece of land.
i love to type way too much!
i love many types of music...
i sing....and wanted to be a 'singer' when i was growing up too.....now I just sing and watch American Idol and pretend that's me up there! lol
i don't really have road rage, but still would like to squish certain heads at times!
i too am addicted to blogging and meeting people like yourself makes blogging all the more worthwhile.
i stress about stuff....guilt. whatever you name it , messed up sleep as well....yikes!
i am organized. wouldn't have it any other way!
i hate dust, and I hate dusting!
well, there you have it, i know you didn't ask for it, but the similarities are there....do you still wanna come over for a flip and sip session! lol
ciao bella
creative carmelina was here!!!!!!
xoxo
I hope you get your small house and plot of land to garden one day soon. It is such a release to go out and be one with nature. The rewards are numerous. It just makes everything in the world seem right.
Take care sweet lady.
Tammy,
I love typing as well. :) And can relate to many of the other things you mentioned. Your small house on a plot of land made me thankful for what I have which is apparently just that, though sometimes I feel like our house is too small, at least it's manageable and cozy. I don't believe #9 is true though of you because I've seen the wonderful items you've created and you've left me awestruck many times. :)
Hope the remainder of your week is lovely.
Linda
Thanks for sharing things about yourself, Tammy. I'm glad to know there's another "dweller" in the world. I'm that way, too. I've woke up in the middle of the night and thought - what should I be thinking about that I'm not. Eventually I think of something. I'm trying to quit that. I try to give it to the Lord - after all He has it anyway. Diane
Oh Tammy...I just love your posts!! To live in a foreign country can't be easy.....just the big difference in the customs would drive me nuts. When I read your writings I try to imagine what it would be like. I salute you my friend....Not that Kuwait is a bad country just that it is so different!!
Love,
Marilyn
xxoo
I dwell, I sing, I'm addicted and I'm a rager too! It was meant to be...lol

I've really been behind on my visiting. This is the first time that I've seen your new blog look and I love it! As usual, thanks for stopping by. I always enjoy hearing from you. Also enjoyed your 10 things about yourself! Dust yuk!
Dear Tammy....Loved your post. Your new background is very unique. Enjoyed your list! Guess what? I'm addicted to blogging, too. Love, love, love it! Sincerely, Susan
Love this post. We have dust everywhere too! We live on a dirt road so no getting away from it especially living in an old house! Congrats on your lovely items given to you from your boss too. They are so pretty and so thoughtful.
Happy Tuesday!
Blessings~
Tammy, This was such a fun post learning about you! Me too! I could type the telephone book and be happy as a clam. Dust - I live behind a cement factory!!!! Kuwait part Deux! An award richly deserved because your spirit comes through your posts and brightens so many's days. PS The colorful bushes in your banner photo are wonderful! What are they? Hoping your week ahead is joyful! Elizabeth
Tammy, Love your 10 things. You sound a lot like me! I need to get back into creating too. Let's just get to work! No dusting though...Sherry
We seem to have a lot in common! I'm fairly allergic to dust. Causes asthma to set in. I would be doomed!
Brenda
Your kitties are so darn cute! Thinking and dwelling on everything is a curse of women. We all do that. Thank your for your sweet comment on my post. Have a lovely week, and I hope it rains.
I loved this list of your ten things. I always love getting to know my friends better and I loved it! I definitely can relate to the dwelling thing. I think myself to death.
hugs
Wonderful, Tammy! So nice to learn more about you! I totally understand the typing thing--me, too! I have typed old journals of my ancestors and anything else that "needs" typing. My husband always tells me I should save time and just scan it into the computer and then fix it...but I just don't want to!
Thanks for sharing--hope you're having a wonderful day--with or without all the dust!
I loved your top 10 list, and I am happy to say that I knew almost all of them. HA! I am hoping that little house with the garden is somewhere near Honeoye, NY. You know that I plan on sitting on the porch in rocking chairs with you and Melissa watching the world go by. We'll do that when we are not climbing Jersey Hill!! HA!
Hope you were able to avoid both cleaning up dust and rain that came seeping through the doors, windows and ceilings!!
Love,
Renee
Hey Tammy, great to hear from you! Love your ten things and I tell you I would fit right in there, but be in trouble, I HATE to dust and will leave it forever! so sad I know! I'm not organized at all, OK, just barely.
take care,
big hugs,
Debra
You are too funny...love your list. I am right there with you on the projects, my list is so huge and seems like I never get anything done because I am blogging! I am really interested in your story...will have to go back and read from the beginning I guess. Have a great week Tammy! Deb
Hi Tammy ~ I am a dweller too! It's been tough lately but at least the sun is shining today! Soon I hope you are a different dweller, in your little home with the garden!!
Love your blog Tammy! Thank you for visiting me and leaving a sweet comment.
Sherry @ A Happy Valentine
Wow.......you love to type??? My fingers just can't move right when I do that....but I love music and hate dust myself.
Hi Tammy,
Thanks for coming over to visit me and leaving such a nice comment. Give up on the dusting and go alter some bottles!
I used a hot glue gun, it mostly worked well but a couple of buttons fell off, try it and see what you think.
It,s hard not to dwell, I know, why oh why do we do it.
Keep smiling,
Angela.
Good Morning Tammy Sweetie...
Love your new look. So beautiful and unusual. Love the butterflies ofcourse.
You are so brave. I cannot even imagine living in a foreign country. I would be so afraid. I am sure it took some adjusting. The dust I know about. Living here in the desert I see dust every day. I dust one day, and come back that evening, and it's back. It is an endless job for sure.
I too, like to type and talk. I guess that is why each of my comments are long winded. I wonder if they have a job out there somewhere for gals like us that just like to sit and type over and over and over?? If you find one, please let me know too.
It was 94 here yesterday, we are supposed to cool off to 90 degrees today. Yippeee...
Hope you have a blessed day sweetie. Country hugs and so much love...Sherry
I REALLY LIKE THIS POST TAMMY. TO LEARN NEW THINGS ABOUT PEOPLE YOU KNOW IS NICE. YOU ARE A VERY SPECIAL PERSON AND I AM BLESSED TO KNOW YOU THRU ELAINE & GWEN.
I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN ABOUT DUST. OF COURSE, OURS ISN'T RED IN COLOR. HAHA!!! JUST GOOD OLD FLORIDA BEACH SAND.
HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY TAMMY.

Congratulations on that award! That was fun learning a bit more about you! There are so many ideas out there in blogland that it can get a bit overwhelming at times!
Manuela
Hey Tammy!! So nice that you picked up the award! Thank you for accepting, and for listing your ten things! I too dwell! and have so many projects, days are simply not long enough!! Last night, coincidentally, I dwelled over a invitation card project I have in my mind and need to start soon! :-))
Dust...I like to clean!, as you know, but being surrounded by dust would either make me very happy (cleaning 24/7) or really angry! ;-)
have a lovely, lovely day.
*hugs*
Oh yes, I vote for creating! Loved reading your list. I have that guilty feeling alot too. I am also addicted to blogging and I Don't feel guilty about that! How could you feel guilty about all this inspiration, beauty and graciousness from so many wonderful women?! Oh yeah, I'm a rock-n-roll girl myself:) Twyla
I think I knew most of this. I hope you get your dream house and garden soon... and I hope it is near enough to me:)
Gwen

Congratulations Tammy on your Award.
I enjoyed reading the list of things about you.
I do hope one day you will have your small house with a garden.
Hugs
Carolyn
congrats on your award!!really injoyed your post... getting to know more about you was nice... your a very beautiful lady with a sweet heart and one day you will get your house...blessings
It's nice to learn some new things about you. My son did mention that when he was in Jordan there were lots of bad drivers. He was even tapped by a car while walking across the street (he wasn't hurt). We have lots of dust here too. We've always had a lawn in our front yard, but hadn't had one in our back in quite a few years. We put one in last year, and that did cut down on some of the dust. I don't think we get dust storms like you do though.
Blessings,
Marcia
Tammy,
I feel like I know ya better, & can relate to a few of your traits. Aerosmith & road rage, Wow that could be a great post title. I hate dust too, but TX isn't as bad I'm sure. Love your new header, I always love to visit to see what you've got up top now. If I lived in such an interesting place I'd surely change it daily. Lisa
It's always great to learn more about ya and ironically, I too did a blog post for YOU, YOU, YOU!! LOL!! Judi
HAHA! When I first saw it, I only saw Honest Crap....LOL! That's what happens when I get up before seven and barely have opened my eyes. Haven't been on the computer for the last two days so am trying to catch up here. Hey, next time I have reports to do, I'll send them your way to type up. I think you think you are disorganized but you sure don't act as if you are. You do so much for everybody and always give it your special personal touch. I agree with Renee, we all should invest in a small plot of land in NY and and just hang out and enjoy the peace and beauty of Honeoye.
