Today's yoga practice was entitled "Listen".
And on my walk today, I found hearts.
Someone had done chalk art on the sidewalk at the park.
A small piece of chalk was left behind so I made my own heart, tried to draw a cat and also left a crocheted heart behind.
Love clouds.
And really love when the moon aligns with the minaret.

When I am outside, I love to hold still; it's amazing how many sounds you miss when you are moving around!
You've gotta have heart!! I think that's a song! I love your "hearts" and that you found them on your walk! My walking today was up and down the stairs to do several loads of laundry. But exercise is exercise and the laundry is done...win win! Happy Tuesday back to you!!
