I persevered.
This morning I did yoga practices 19-23 which means I'm where I'm supposed to be and am now ready for number 24 which will be released tomorrow morning, 9:00 a.m. my time.
It rained a bit today but I was still able to take a couple of walks this afternoon.
Started a new book.
And followed the moon home on my second walk of the day.
The moon, like a flower in heaven's high bower, with silent delight sits and smiles on the night.
(William Blake)
Have a terrific Tuesday!

Dearest Tammy,
Kudos for your perseverance!
I'm working hard for catching up on things—before Friday that is.
We'll have the husband of Pieter's niece staying with us for two nights.
He'll travel from Dallas to Atlanta and by rental car to us on Friday.
Hope he does not get stuck in traffic... We have a transponder for using the Express lane which helps a lot.
Hugs,
Mariette
Beautiful pic of the moon at the end! I like seeing the flowers, too. Glad you are 'all caught up'!
Following the moon home sounds delightful. Congratulations on catching up on your yoga practice. I hope your wrist is feeling much better.
Loved your pictures, and my goodness, that same moon was shinning over my house tonight.
Great job on hanging in there. I hope your wrist is feeling better. Love seeing the photos on your daily walk . Great photo of the bee.
Good for you for keeping up with yoga every day! I do yoga at home most days, but not a complete practice. Just some stretches and poses. I need to get back into a regular yoga class in the studio. It's been one thing after another - a hamstring tear and going through PT, then getting Covid, now having some knee problems. If the knee keeps acting up, I'll try acupuncture. In the meantime...onwards!
Hi Tammy. Thanks for stopping by. Your moon photos are great! Thinking of you, always.
Congratulations on getting caught up with your yoga challenge. That is always a good feeling. The book sounds interesting.
Hi, loved your desc of the moon :)
Such beautiful place!
Blessings
Congratulations on persevering, dear Tammy!
The palm-clouds-photo is beautiful. I think the world needs every drop of rain it can get. (Of course only in countries where there are no floods. From there please send the rain to where it is dry...) It would be nice if the mindful monk could save the world with Zen. I'm just afraid that unfortunately the wrong people (who are already mindful anyway) are reading such books... and the others don't...
Your moon impressions are also fantastic!
ALL THE BEST and Happy New Year (haha, it's still January ;-))!
Hugs, Traude

Tammy - well done for persevering! I hope this means that your wrists are doing better!
I hope the yoga continued well! So nice to see that you have flowers there.
Good for you! VERY impressed with the work you're doing.
