Fashion and Flowers

I finally got around to downloading the pictures hubby took while in Vietnam.

Here is one lady looking very traditional and one quite fashionable.

One of the gifts he brought me was this silk shrug.

that can be worn two different ways.

For those of you battling snow and bitter cold temperatures, these flower photos are for you.

He was shocked when he arrived to find that it was quite cold in Vietnam. Good thing he took a jacket and scarf with him. Sending warm wishes your way for a wonderful day. Friendship blessings, Tammy

I love your new look here, great banner. Thanks for the bright flowers. we have so much snow now the daffodils will have to push up the last bit of melting snow in the spring. Thanks for your gentle words. I haven't shared our story until this great week of crop out diabetes. Blessings, Lisa

Hi honey
Sorry I have not been here in a while. I have lots of catching up to do with you.
Love these flowers isn't it funny how you picture a country and I never thought of Viet Nam like this.
I am in the One Heart One World giveaway so hope you get a chance to come by.
Love
Maggie
(It is 17 now and starting to snow and this is Central texas....lol)

What beautiful flowers Tammy...we had the same idea. It's still pretty cold here, but nothing like much of the country here.
Have a wonderful weekend ♥

Wow! The lady in the second photo looks so beautiful and elegant in her white outfit. It somehow reminds me of Geishas too - I find them extremely elegant and beautiful (although I know if I were to wear a Geisha outfit I would be a clumsy ox and not at all how you were meant to be LOL!!!)

Could the second lady be posing for pictures? I think I spot a guy with a camera on the right of the photo.

Hi Tammy!
Thank you for the visit and for sharing these amazing photos. I just love the giant flowers in the garden - so creative - and the white dress that lady is wearing - gorgeous! It seems that we are surrounded by art every day. All we have to do is open our eyes a little wider :)
Blessings and Hugs,

Sam got some lovely pictures. Vietnam is a beautiful place, somehow very different that I would have imagined. Sam has great taste in clothes for you. The shrug is beautiful, and I am sure you will put it to good use.
We don't have snow here, but I will enjoy the flowers anyways! Thanks.
Love the new music!!!!!
