Dean & Deluca

After having lunch with friends today, I headed over to Dean & Deluca.

When I first came to Kuwait, there were no big malls.

In fact, there weren't many choices in shopping at all.

I am not a mall person, but if I have to go, then it is nice to have a gourmet shop like this to browse around in.

It's where I found the lemon curd yesterday.

Tonite's dinner was items from the deli and bakery.

Two kinds of twisted bread, two eggplant dips (Mutabel and Baba Ghanoush) and grilled veges.

Do you have a Dean & Deluca near you?

Hope you are having a healthy, happy day! Friendship blessings, Tammy

I have NOTHING near me! Really.
How splendid that you have a D & D.......I've never been in one, but hear they are just wonderful. Your dinner sounds good, too.
Thanks for posting pics ~ I'm drooling!
Hugs,
Jan

I've never heard of them...we don't have any nice delis around here except what's in the grocery stores. I have to drive to the next towns to find nice yummies like that. I'm a sucker for breads of all sorts!

Don't I wish I had a Dean & Deluca's near me. Ever since moving to this part of Texas, from NYC, I'm craving everything I left behind. Food, being the main thing! Lucky you. ;)

Leave it to me to say that YES, I have a Dean and Deluca here in Doha, and it is in the mall about 2 minutes from my house. My friend Jennifer won't go anywhere else for meat. I have not been there yet, but will for sure make it there soon. Your pictures are so wonderful. I swear, I feel like I am right there with you. Glad Kuwait has stepped up their shopping opportunities. I can't believe you have a Pottery Barn!!
Hope you enjoyed dinner!!

Love,
Renee
