It was a lovely afternoon for a walk.
Always find it funny when I spot felines and fowl in close proximity to each other.
Looking down and spied words on the ground. Picked up a crushed and rusted bottle cap that my son said is from a Calypso drink. Can't say I've ever had one, but I looked the company up and they advertise their flavored lemonades as "vacation in a bottle".
Irks me to no end to find a small patch of pretty that's been spoiled by litter. Even just a little distracts from the view as far as I'm concerned and there are trashcans provided, so of course I picked it up and took it to the nearest, very nearby, trashcan.
Brilliant yellow against a bright blue sky -- a beautiful sight.
Rosie and her tiny little fangs wish you a lovely Caturday.

I don't understand the need to litter either. When I see litter flying out of car windows, you can probably see steam coming out of my ears! :-)
Look at those tiny fangs. They can probably feel like needles if she wants them to.
Blessings,
Betsy
Pretty Rosie! And pretty flowers. Do you know what the shrub with the little yellow pompoms is called? The deep yellow is so striking on the leafless branches.
Litter comes in many different shapes and sizes, doesn't it? One of the things I love about our complex is the daily upkeep and maintenance of our grounds. So seldom do we ever see a bit of trash. Maybe the kids at the playground might drop a candy wrapper. The stark contrast of the blue sky and yellow flower is stunning. I would take a vacation in a bottle, but I don't think I would fit!! HAHA
PS Kitty was in the balcony chair again last night.
What a lack of respect to where you are when you litter!!! The acacia is gorgeous!
