Still Here, Crafting Caturday

Long time no blog ... again.
Story of my life.

Had a lovely couple of hours with my craft group this morning.  We are finally meeting regularly (every other Saturday) after a 2-1/2 year break because of the pandemic.
Some of the members bring finished projects for show and tell.
And then we craft and chat away the morning.
It's always a nice, inspiring time and just about the only socializing I get these days.

Although we did just have our nephew here from Canada for 10 days but I'll save the highlights of his visit for another time.
Happy Caturday!

Dearest Tammy,
SO happy to find this post with some lovely pictures from so many crafting ladies!
If we look back at the past couple of years, the entire world suffered under the pandemic tyranny!
Many got very depressed, so many suicides...
Let's pray we never will have to live through that again.
Happy you had your nephew visiting from Canada and looking forward to hear more about it.
That kitty is so precious!
Big hugs to you,
Mariette

That looks like such a wonderful time with your friends. They are definitely very talented because those projects are all so beautiful.
I was so glad to see your post when I turned on my computer today. It's good to hear from you my friend.
Blessings,

So happy you're back, Tammy! And what a creative group - so many skills and so much talent! I've never been part of a crafting group, but I can imagine it must be very inspiring. Just looking at your photographs has me thinking about my next project :)

Good to see a post from you again! And great news that your crafting group is back together again. AND that you had a visit from your nephew. Our son was in from Los Angeles a couple of weeks ago and it was SO good to see him and have him here for a few days.

I was happy to see a blog post from you and to know that you are well. Getting back together again with your crafting friends must be a joy. It continues to be a difficult time, but a meet-up in person must be of help even if it's less frequent for now. A visit from your nephew must have been special also.

Glad you were all able to get back together, after this long and difficult 2.5 years. Enjoyed seeing all the crafty pictures. Bet you had lots and lots of catch up to do with everyone. Would love to have a group to meet up with and chat and stitch, think that would be lots of fun. Am envious of your group.

Tammy - so happy (for me) to see a post from you again, and so happy (for you) that your craft group is up and running again. I know exactly what you mean about the simple enjoyment of crafting and chatting. You have inspired me to re-start my group after the holidays. Stay well!

How wonderful that the craft meet-ups are back on!

I see you over on Instagram but it's lovely to see a blog post from you too.
It would have been nice to have a visit from your nephew. I'll look forward to reading the highlights.

I haven't posted on my blog since June. I find myself even pulling away from Instagram too. Not sure what I'm doing. Maybe time for a reset.

Have a lovely week. x

Hi Tammy,
Yours is the only blog I remember to look up occasionally. I don't read other blogs anymore and mostly just follow along on Instagram, though I enjoy reading updates here too. :)
Glad you enjoy your crafting circle. I've done a fair bit of creating this fall, but it's all just basically personal as I only hang by myself or with Jim and Sarah or an occasional friend with them. I imagine I'll come up with more creative things this winter once we get past the fall/winter birthdays and Christmas.
Take care,
Linda
