Monday Morning Walk

Coffee is the best Monday motivation.

Yesterday I dropped a stack of large tiles on my right foot and man oh man did it hurt!

Although one of my toes is a bit swollen and has turned many different colors, I'm still able to put on my tennie shoes and for that I'm thankful.
It was a beautiful day for wandering and leaving little surprises along the walking path.
I decided to cross the highway via the pedestrian bridge to explore a different neighborhood.
Always love finding buildings depicting Kuwait's seafaring past and traditional architecture.
And I'm always grateful when we have mild weather, blue skies and sunshine.
Have a good Monday!

What a neat neighborhood that you took us to this morning. I love the murals on the walls and the rooflines.
I'm so sorry about your toe and very glad that you were still able to get your shoes on and walk. I think I broke both of my little toes this summer at different times. I wear flip-flops all summer and moving several times in the RV's and house were a dangerous proposition when you're as clumsy as I've always been!
Take care my dear friend and enjoy that beautiful weather.
Blessings,
Betsy

Dearest Tammy,
So sorry to read about those tiles having dropped on your toes...
Hope it will heal well and does not cause further problems!
Yes, blue skies, as we have at present also, do make all the difference in a day.
Love you photo with the lovely little handmade items next to a coffee.
Yesterday I wrote the post for November 15, about our Sweet Barty boy. It is hard and I could not do it right away.
How can any human being not treat such sweet kitties (or woofies) without love and care?! As long as I will live, my mind cannot wrap itself around such thought...
Hope they will have to reincarnate and come back to live the life like they cause for their pets!
Enjoy your walks. Have to bike but I cannot constantly walk away from other chores. My eye surgery is scheduled (finally!) for December 17, so I must schedule several posts till about a week afterwards. Hoping that things work out well, since I have only one good eye. But I trust God as I do in many other things.
Hugs to you and thanks for your friendship and support over the years.
Bloggers do build a bridge, just as in your post here.

Ouch! I bet it did hurt, thank goodness you didn't break your toes, I broke one of mine twice! and it wasn't very pleasant. I'm glad you were still able to get out and walk, those wall paintings are lovely so interesting I love anything like that. Enjoy the lovely weather and keep spreading the crochet love. xx

Hello Tammy! Thanks for sharing your walk and the sea-inspired murals. I'm happy that your cooler weather has arrived, I know how much you enjoy getting out for a good stretch of your legs. Keep your fingers crossed that we get rid of the orange menace. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

Oh, bless your heart! I hope your toe is much better! For me, coffee is an every day motivator! LOL I love the little cross stitch hearts and things you tie along on your walks. Do people take them home, or do they remain where you left them? Such lovely murals on buildings. Take care and stay safe.

Tammy - hello again. Just like you to leave little bits of yourself along the way - you have such a generous heart! Lovely murals ... it is such an interesting contrast to the ultra-modern architecture that you normally show us. I hope you enjoy your weekend.

Oh Tammy, I am SO SORRY you her your footsie. I hope it will heal soon. It's not funny to hurt our toes or feet. Gorgeous day today. Seems like spring instead of November but that will come to an end soon. Thank you for your comments and visits to my blog. They are VERY special to me. Warmly, Susan

I hope your toe heals up nicely. Those murals are attractive, I like the subtle colors, and fun for you to leave little surprises on your walks. I am getting ready to do that too, with painted rocks.

Oh, you poor thing! Last week I was making some paper crafts and picked up my heaviest book to put on them to make sure they dried straight. I dropped it on my foot as well so am in an excellent position to know just how painful it is. Feel better soon.

What beautiful murals! I'm so sorry to hear about your foot - hope it's feeling better now and that the colors are receding.

Wishing you a pleasant week.
